Came here for a workday lunch and I was surprised how quickly my food came out. Quality is about what you would expect from a Panera, I like to get the pick 2 napa chicken salad sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. I honestly think that Panera Bread is pretty expensive for what it is, that and a drink was like $16.

The worst experience I have had at Panera. I was trying to order breakfast and Panera was not business at all. So I decided to get out of line and do the kiosk. Placed my order only to find out it did not take! So I get back in line and AM IGNORED. this place used to be great up until the last few months! quality has gone way down hill. our weekly office order is rarely accurate, and today my WARM bowl grains were ICE COLD and calling to complain does nothing. I try to get refunded my money and they always say it takes a few days, but i never recieve it. im just not going to eat here anymore because managment is useless also.

The apple was good and the sandwich was meh. I paid $30 for a salad with tomatoes and 1 egg no chicken (because they forget it on my salad that was $11???????) and a Chicken salad sandwich, with a drink. Definitely will not be back here either pitiful !

I came here for a great salad i came back to my hotel room i had no fork no napkins just everything i ordered for one, two i started eating my bbq salad and I’m tasting blueberries so as i put it down to toss threw the salad to see if i was tripping there was blueberries in my salad, i didn’t get that as an add on or anything, sloppy work !
