Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and I received a cup full of liquid. It had 2-3 small pieces of chicken and about 3-4 broken noodle pieces, not a full size noodle or even a half size piece. This seems utterly upsetting when Panera Bread’s bowl of soup is like $8!! I’m also sick and I was relying on these two bowls of soup as food for the next day or so as I have a limited appetite. I called the store to tell the manager my item was incorrect, and it mostly seemed like he didnt believe what I said. He offered to mail me a pick two coupon, which is fine and did ‘fix/solve’ the problem. This manager must have had his ears in another place because he just simply wasn’t fully listening to what I had to say, or my address. 🙂 Told him I live at blah blah blah blah way, zebulon, and he said blah blah blah ROAD, Raleigh? Unsure how he got his Z’s and R’s confused, but I’ll bet it’s how my chicken noodle soup bowl came with 96% broth, 2% chicken and 2% noodles! 0/10 – Would not recommend this panera location!

Usually I love Panera, but today they did me a great disservice. I couldn’t get my typical chipotle chicken avocado sandwich because they were out of the good green stuff (avocado), so I had to opt for a simple turkey club. Lo and behold, what do I see when opening my bag??? ARUGULA. ARUGULA TO THE SKIES. WHAT IN THE LORD’S NAME. Did they assume being out of avocado meant they could make up for it with a different green topping?? BECAUSE 3LBS OF ARUGULA IS NOT THE SAME. DO I LOOK LIKE A DANG STEGOSAURUS?????!! Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed and honestly feeling personally slighted by this affair. Did I look like I needed more vegetables in my diet?? Did I look SICKLY????? All I wanted was the comfort of a chicken avocado melt and I ended up with enough arugula to feed a small village and an existential crisis.

I visited this location for quick breakfast, I love their drinks, taste way better than Starbucks! Love their freshly baked pastries. My interaction with employees were pleasant. Has outside sitting area as well as plenty inside. Inside could be a little more clean but overall not bad

Absolutely filthy! Food on the floors in the service area and dining areas, multiple dirty tables. Multiple ripped seat cushions. Two bins overflowing with dirty dishes and flatware. Even the plastic flatware given from behind the counter was dirty. The back part of the dining room lights were playing poltergeist and mostly stayed off so the area was very dimly lit from the sun, despite at least 3 parties of pateons sitting there eating in the dimly sunlit area. Missing a fire extinguisher and the front doors and windows completely smudged with finger prints. Finally staff did come out and hurriedly emptied the overflowing bins, picked trash up off the floor and wiped tables. Too little, too late. Wishing my family and I had not stopped here and praying we don’t get food poisoning

Most of the time I order to go, and it is as expected and the people working are generally nice. Today (Dec 16) we ordered online for dine in. I’m so glad we caught the young gentleman with long curly hair coming back up to the line because he happily reheated our untouched soup for us. The girl working with him however had a terrible attitude and definitely would not have heated our soup. Nothing was wrong with it, we simply just wanted it heated up a little as we arrived a couple minutes after our pick up time. Thank you to the young man for his service and hospitality and accommodating our request with a smile. There is an older gentleman who works endlessly to clean the dining room and that is appreciated. He is also one of the most pleasant people I have met so I thank him for his kindness.
All in all, food is as good as I expect Panera to be.

This is just a personal preference, but I hate the way that most coffee shops and coffee shops with food have taken the route of cold and impersonal interiors. I love Panera’s food, but the seats are hard as rocks and it’s a very cold atmosphere, and so many windows that it’s just not a very personal feeling place, but that’s fine. I meet some friends there once a month and we enjoy it, but it’s the same way at almost all of the newer coffee shops and cafes. It’s just cold and impersonal and way too many windows. I would think that would affect their heating bills in the winter and they’re cooling bills in the summer. Anyway, just my opinion. The food is yummy

The manager on duty today did an excellent job!!!!!! My order was made wrong today and was told it was my issue, they then gave me a drink that didn’t have all the extra ingredients I paid for on it and presented it hot.
I just left around 6:40pm and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that my drink was made properly. Thank you sir for your professionalism. This was my first time there today and although I was ready to throw in the towel I will be returning to this location because of how this was handled.

I was so thrilled to find they have it back in the menu but quickly got so disappointed. The quality of this Asian Sesame Chicken salad went down hill from how I remember it. first the dressing is so bland, it used to have such strong flavor that a small container would suffice but now you may need at least 2-3 of the dressing for half size salad. And to top it all off.,the lettuce is not fresh at all and it’s mostly lettuce nodes and stems (see pic). If i have any intentions of regrowing lettuce this would have been helpful., but seriously, do better Panera!

The floors aren’t always the cleanest at this location neither is the drink area. It’s always pretty messy. Didn’t think about taking photos of the floor because look at the chocolate chip cookie muffins. But the staff is always nice and I’ve never really had much problems with the food. It was fresh yesterday and the cookie Muffins were good.
