If I could give zero stars, I would to the store. After waiting nearly 20 minutes on a rapid pick up order through the app the guy at the front counter finally told me that they hadn’t even baked part of the order for the day. I said cancel the order give me a refund. I leave and next thing I know I get a partial refund email gotten to work without anything in hand and had to then contact main customer service to try and resolve the issue. This is the worst store I’ve been to in multiple states.

Got a salad here. The picture has nice green romaine lettuce while… what I got is a pile of iceberg lettuce and a minuscule amount of chicken. Feel like it’s one of those examples of a tv commercial of a Big Mac versus what you get in real life.

Placed a pickup order at 12:40pm for pickup at 12:50pm. The instructions told me to pick up at the rapid pickup window. My wife goes to pickup. At 1:25, she texts me the attached photo asking where our food is. They ended up not putting it there but had it up at the other pickup area for in-house orders. When she got the food, they also let her walk away without grabbing the entire order (a drink). I had to return to the store to get it.
Edit: Also just realized they forgot the chips in our order as well.

If I could give less than one star l would. Ordered two whole salad and got 50% lesser than half salad. Showed it to the manager and he made us wait for 30 mins to give another bowl redone which was still half the quantity . The manager has severe anger issues and is very short tempered , doesn’t know how to talk to a customer and yelled at us. The front desk student worker who took the order was very rude in her replies. Horrible manager in the evening and horrible front order person . Management needs to look into this

Panera, this was beyond unacceptable. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich as a vegetarian on Uber eats From Panera, and you added bacon to it. How does this even happen?
It’s not just a mistake—it’s a complete lack of care and common sense. Checking for basic dietary restrictions, especially between vegetarian and meat options, is the bare minimum. This shows zero respect for your customers or their preferences.
Completely disappointed and will not order from Panera again. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their process to avoid such incidents in the future.

There is nothing really negative to say about this Panera. I ordered the avacado BLT sandwich, it arrived about 5 minutes later and it tasted fine. The only not so good thing about my visit was that it was slightly hard to find a table for 3 because most of the other tables were full ( but that was expected because it was around lunch time). I would definitely go back. The employees were friendly, the facility was clean, the food tasted good, and it was an overall good experience. If you want Panera, and your around, you should go to this one!

The worst place to get lunch ordered a mediterranean veggie sandwich in return received a bacon sandwich. Disgusted in service never would return and will restrict my network from ordering at this place going forward. Negative ratings and bad experience! Hire staff that will get the orders correct prior to handing over to customers.

I came to pick up a doordash order and the kitchen staff were rude and unprofessional. They filled the coffee too much and I asked for them to wipe the cup up so that it doesn’t spill as I am carrying the drink or in my car and they refused to do so. How rude!

Went through the drive through today and they accidentally gave us the wrong sandwich (keep reading). When we pulled back around to get the correct one, the kid working the line with the long curly hair immediately corrected the situation, threw in a cookie, and overall went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Panera!
