Pre ordered for drive through pickup, 20mins ahead. Simple tea. Was asked to come to the window. Had to wait 10mins..no response to honking, had to bang the window to get attention. Never had to wait anywhere so long just for someone to hand it over. 3 employees passed by during that time but no one even seemed to care why someone was waiting outside. Such a low accountability.
Now I see few others wrote similar reviews about missing orders. I had this happened twice too, when picking up from inside. This is different, but says about the service. Will never visit this location again, I’ve been a member for over a year and visited many locations.

I frequent this location and out of all the experiences I’ve had majority of the time it has been good. I’ve done a mix of drive through, dine in, and pick up.
I’ve had an experience where the salad was not as fresh as I would have preferred one time and depending on the amount of people sitting inside it can get a little hectic but overall it has been decent. On one occasion in the drive through it took awhile and the staff was apologetic and my food was worth the wait. So not perfect but one of my reliable choices.

I love this location, but I just have a question.. why are the sandwiches shrinking? This is not half a frontega, this is a quarter sandwich. I took the picture too close , but it is way smaller than it looks.. there is barely enough space to put the chicken

Food was good and came out quick. The floor and most of the tables/booth seats were dirty. We found the least dirty seat and wiped it down ourselves with some wet napkins. After we sat down some employees came out and started to clean so I think it was just timing, maybe they were slammed right before we got there. The overall atmosphere is quaint and the employees that we interacted with were friendly.

Uber Eats marked the order as “ready,” but Panera had no idea the order even existed. Nothing on the pickup shelf, staff couldn’t find it in their system, and zero accountability. Either the app is lying or the store is completely disconnected from it either way, a total waste of time. If you value reliability, don’t count on this location for online orders.

Holly Springs NC location. So I ordered my food, Total $22 at the drive thru, my credit card did not go through. Young lady asked me to wait, minute later a gentleman came and told me they would comp my meal, don’t worry about it. Huge kudos to Panera and the crew at Holly Springs NC

Our Medical office ordered multiple lunch items for our office staff and had a missing meal for one of our employees. When I called and spoke to the manager about maybe dropping off the missing meal he said that was not possible with a half assed apology. Offered a refund but nothing else, like a coupon for next time. This is the second time this has happened and it’s becoming a problem. Staff needs to be more attentive when packing big orders to go.
