Went through drive-thru during non-busy time. Ordering part was easy and girl at window was very friendly. Got food pretty promptly. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no thank you. Once I got back to workplace to open sandwich up, it is not what I ordered. I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt, which I get all the time so I could tell right away something wasn’t right. Was very small, on a different kind of bread, avocado was missing, onions and barbecue sauce were on it. I was hungry and didn’t have time on my lunch break to drive back out (and of course I declined a receipt which I now regret).

Food was good and came out quick. The floor and most of the tables/booth seats were dirty. We found the least dirty seat and wiped it down ourselves with some wet napkins. After we sat down some employees came out and started to clean so I think it was just timing, maybe they were slammed right before we got there. The overall atmosphere is quaint and the employees that we interacted with were friendly.

I ordered a greek salad and it arrived with chicken on it. I am a vegetarian so I can’t eat it. Pretty annoying when I pay extra to have food delivered and now I have half a meal. I was offered a $4 credit to use at my next order from the app customer service option, that doesn’t even cover the cost of the salad… plus I don’t have a salad I can right now.

As someone who frequently visits Panera, I must express my dissatisfaction with this particular location. The management and customer service are severely lacking. Unfortunately, my order was mishandled, and despite my request for a correction, they refused to rectify the error. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment

Honestly, Panera has really slipped in quality. Every time I order a sandwich there is basically nothing on it. I spent $30 for a cup of soup, a stale hard piece of baguette that’s probably three days old, and a chicken sandwich with only one piece of chicken on it. Yesterday my sister ordered a tuna sandwich that had maybe a teaspoon of tuna on it. Honestly no wonder the restaurants name is Panera BREAD, because that’s all you get as a sandwich. Panera stale bread only should be your new name. I hope this isn’t a corporate thing and a way of Panera being extremely cheap and overcharging for sub par product.

My goodness this place has gone downhill in the last few months. They’ve forgotten things in my order multiple times, but the kicker was last night and today. I went last night and they gave me cold soup and put Asian dressing on my green salad. It was a busy night, accident happened right? Well, we decided to give them another try tonight, and they put literally 2 OLIVES on my Greek salad and like 5 pieces of feta cheese, with truly, a small handful of lettuce. I basically got an over half empty container that I paid $6 for. It’s like they hardly even bothered tonight. At least my husbands salad was correct. They need to try harder here. I get being understaffed, but I’d rather wait longer for high quality food (especially since I’m paying a high quality price) than get mediocre food fast. I go to McDonald’s for that.
