We picked up Sunday morning bagels. And didn’t look in the box until we were home. Our bagels were flat! And they had very little toppings on the cinnamon crunch & Asiago cheese. The only bright spot was the everything bagel. Which were as they should of been. It would have been better to have a bag of bagels from the supermarket

While the staff is always friendly and enthusiastic and the food has more of a fresh, realness that you don’t find in the fast food places, consistency can be a bit of an issue. I ordered a steak and cheddar sandwich which had more mayo than steak, barely one thin slice of beef (shaved) that barely covered two thirds of the roll. I get the restaurants are struggling with staffing and food prices, but this was a turn off.

I did the drive-thru Saturday and the young lady who took my order was fantastic. Valerie was so sweet and patient since I wasn’t familiar with the menu. The food was good and the service made it 10/10

Destenie was PHENOMENAL. I came about ten minutes before closing and she was absolutely willing to help me and even told me she didn’t mind taking my order. When I got to the window she greeted me with the biggest smile and even told me how pretty my hair was. This is by far the best Panera Bread I have ever been to. Will be coming back here for the food and customer service!

Love this new location on Hwy 42 in Garner. The inside is very nice and comfortable! The food was fast and delicious as always . The cashier was very nice and helpful. I definitely will be going back and so glad to have a different choice at 40/42.

Ordered hours ago. Specifically requested delivery by Panera. Good never came. Nightmare trying to talk to someone. Finally spoke with a manager who didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Was told someone else would be delivering. Requested order be canceled. It was. Manager told me it would take 3-4 days for a refund but the R- mail said 7-10 days. Will NEVER deal with this company again!!!!!!

Worst Panera Bread I’ve been to. This is a Baja bowl that’s basically a bowl of rice. No cilantro. No verde sauce. No lime. Bread was placed in a separate bag with napkins and eating utensils on top of bread. Called to complain about this drive through service. No one would answer the phone. I’ve been through their drive through before. Still not good service. Just decided to try one more time before giving up on them. What a waste of time and money. I’m done. Awful!!!

Nice location – service was good – frequent spot a lot all times of the day – needs to be open slightly later until at least 9:30/10 I have been several times around closing and there is always a line appears like the demand for later closing time would be beneficial
