Panera Bread at 42 in Garner is currently a calm spot to stop for a bite. It’s a fairly clean. There were only a couple of people working on this Sunday A.M. that we chose to visit. It wasn’t clear what to do as far as placing the order and no one greeted us as we stood in front of the menu at the counter. Eventually we found our way to the kiosk to place the order.

I had a great experience at Panera Bread in Garner! The food was fresh and flavorful, and my order was prepared quickly and correctly. The soups and sandwiches were delicious, and the bread was warm and fresh like always.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable and perfect for a quick lunch or even sitting down to get some work done.
Overall, this location provides consistent quality and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Idk who made the food today but it was phenomenal. Out of all the times this was by far the best..literally perfection
Panera really said let us take care of you today.
The oatmeal cookies were so good my sister ate them before I could even emotionally prepare (still processing).
Salad was PERFECT and they remembered my extra dressing which felt personal and deeply respectful.
And the sandwich?? My GOD. I would write it a thank-you note. 11/10, zero regrets, minor cookie trauma.

Panera Bread is always a great choice while traveling or on the go. Dine in or drive through. Hot Sandwiches, salads, soup, cookies, fruit, choice beverages. Service is fast, food hot and portions right sized. All around a big step up from fast fried food. A healthy food choice that is scrumptious, kids love it too!!! Thanks Panera Bread

I love the convenient drive thru to pick up online orders. But my macaroni & cheese had a lot of cold spots through it. And paying nearly $9 for a bowl, I mistakenly expected better than poorly microwaved mac. I won’t be returning, its too expensive for a single meal for the quality to be so unreliable.

Stopped to grab something quick and didn’t want anything greasy. There is a sweet young lady with pink hair that took my order. She was friendly and had such a kind spirit that I know will take her far. Fast food is not easy. Customers aren’t always nice. I told her to hang in there. This is temporary.

Floor in front of drink machine was soaking wet. There were no lids for medium size drinks. Ladies restroom had no toilet tissue.

I have been up and down the East Coast traveling too many cities and too many panera’s. I always look forward to coming home to this one. It is beautiful and accommodating for social groups also. The food is delicious . One of my favorite things about it is the fact that the microwave is visible!!! There’s no hunting for it to reheat your pastries as at other Panera’s!! The day I came in I was able to meet Shelly the district and Justin the GM both amazingly kind and attentive people. So grateful for the hospitality. Great job at this location.

I sat in drive-through for over 25 minutes while people talk and laughed and joked at the window not doing their job. Absolutely ridiculous for a new restaurant. Love Panera bread but if this is the service that you get here will never come to this location again management really needs to dial in their people

Love this new location on Hwy 42 in Garner. The inside is very nice and comfortable! The food was fast and delicious as always . The cashier was very nice and helpful. I definitely will be going back and so glad to have a different choice at 40/42.
