Got my order wrong. Put someone else’s order in a bag with my name. Drive all the way home to discover the mistake. I drive back to get the correct order. They give me the correct order this time but left off the chicken from my salad. They didn’t offer me the original order, I hope they didn’t just throw it away. Not impressed.

Hands down the worst Pantera I’ve ever been to. I will NEVER go back to this location. Fountain drinks were out of order. Out of baguettes and half the dining room was closed due to a roof leak. Absolutely horrible dinner. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

This location is truly a disgrace to well run Panera restaurants! It is dirty! Trash on tables and floors. Supply station under drink machines not kept up and not clean. Employees are mostly disinterested. Ice machine was broken. Pastries pretty much nonexistent.

This location has gone downhill fast over the past year, and it’s not Covid. The store is gas station dirty, booth chairs all cracked, soda and tea area is disgusting and affects the quality of beverages, every single delivery order we made over the past several months has had issues. Poor or no management. It’s time for Cavilli enterprises to either invest in their units or sell them to someone who can properly. Panera is a great brand but this master franchisee is destroying here in the triad.

This Panera is good and clean. The staff are friendly. I made an online order for pick up at 8, and it wasnt ready when I arrived on time, but the staff are very accommodating. i would definitely go again.

This is a franchise if you have an issue you won’t get anything done locally. I had to call corp. Then wait to see if franchise DM contacted me then call Corp back before they gave me credit for burnt food bad services being out of supplies at coffee counter.

Panera is a restaurant chain that features “clean eating,” and this location is pretty good. Its seating is reasonably comfortable, there is contemporary art on the walls, and the food is hot and freshly prepared. Try a soufflé —the artichoke and swiss is tasty- surprisingly flaky and light. Another fave is the Power Sandwich (lean ham, egg, cheese, and avocado on wheat grain). Great pastries and coffee too.
