Love the cranberry walnut chicken salad! Some of the best I’ve had! Friendly, helpful staff. I was there around 3 or so in the afternoon, wasn’t crowded at all which is a big plus for me, I like it when its calm and you can actually enjoy your food and atmosphere. And, by the way, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty tasty to.

Will NEVER get my business again! First I attempted to order a blueberry bagel and despite all the abundance amount of blueberry bagels on the rack behind them they didn’t want to sell it to me because they were saving it for a future order. Then I went through the drive thru and after waiting 25 minutes in line, at first they wouldn’t accept my gift card. Telling me my gift card didn’t have money on it and was trying to keep it. But once it was swiped in front of me, it mysteriously worked.
I swapped out the blueberry bagel for a cinnamon crunch bagel but when I opened my bag it contained a loaf of dough that appeared to look like a danish. I went back inside to asked about this mystery dough and I was told by the manager that they did not have all the ingredients and only made and sold what they had.
When I asked for my money back after the multiple disappointments, I was informed I needed to give them the gift card that they kept in the drive thru back. I advised them multiple times that the gift card was never given back to me after my order was placed in the drive thru and this seemed ti be a problem.
The manager, Chase, was no help as well. Walking away while I was talking to him and told me oh well.
This will be the last time I support this business and I’ve always been a frequent flyer.

I have recently placed two large to go orders at this location. Both times Chase and his team served us up with some of the best customer service we have ever gotten here! Not only were they happy to show up during tricky weather conditions, but they all seem genuinely happy to be there and everything that they prepared for us was extremely fresh and well made! THIS is the kind of management that Panera has been needing since this location opened! We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future since this is the type of quality they are committed to providing! Great work, Chase! You have been so awesome to interact with and we thank you for making our hectic mornings brighter and more convenient! Q

FAMILY FUN FIVE
They are so slow and so rude at this location. It took them nearly 1/2 hour to get my 2 lattes ready this morning, there was no-one in line, just me.
They marked my order ready but they hadn’t even began to make it. I go inside the location to order.
I always complain about the same thing- I pay for a 16 oz drink but get about 10oz of actual drink and 6 of foam and air.

No coffee or 1/2 and 1/2,and when went to let staff know about it, I was greeted with an attitude (slim female in a blue shirt) and then this is what I received. The sloppiest breakfast sandwich ever. Recently I had came for breakfast with my son and waited a while for my order. Panera followed up with an email apologizing for the delay and to give them another chance. After today, I don’t think I can. After scrolling through the reviews, I will not.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but in this case I have to. My elderly mother loves y’all’s medium cups. Today I came by to politely request 10 cups and lids for my mom who really just likes the cups for some reason. She can see if they’re getting old better because she’ll reuse them for as long as possible. In the past I had been given them for free in one or two count increments. I have even paid before for just a drink to get a small stack of cups. But suddenly today they wanted to charge me $30 for 10 plastic cups when I had explained they were for my elderly mother who just likes their cups and shouldn’t people try to make a little old lady happy with some cheap plastic cups. It might be store policy and I can’t blame the employees because they’re just protecting themselves from getting in trouble but a store should have the flexibility to assist customers with what they need.

I study at Panera almost every day, and I even joined the Sips Club because this place has always been my go-to study spot. But lately? I’m getting real tired of coming in around 3 PM and y’all being out of half the menu.
Every time I walk in, it’s the same thing, no chocolate chip cookies, no bread for toasted sandwiches and then Panera has the audacity to charge me $0.50 extra just because you ran out of the bread that’s supposed to come with my sandwich? Be serious. I’m a nursing student I’m stressed, broke, and hanging on by a thread. I know for a FACT I am NOT the reason y’all keep running out of products. And honestly, it feels wrong that customers aren’t compensated when the items we want aren’t available. Like… I’m not choosing a different bread because I’m bougie. I’m choosing it because you don’t have the bread I literally already paid for. Panera, I love y’all. You’re my favorite place to study. But please do better. I’m already stressed about money and nursing school. I don’t need my café sanctuary stressing me out too.

Would give zero. My brother got food from here for lunch and my mother’s soup had a hair floating on top and my brothers soup had a maggot in it. Then they just throw baguettes down in the bottom of the bag. Not wrap or anything. Now I know why I never wanted to try any food from here.
