The person at the counter was friendly at our time of visit. The food came out quickly and correct. The food quality is ok but not worth what it cost. If we hadn’t had a gift card we wouldn’t have stopped.

So over the last few months the Asiago bagels have been steadily shrinking. Now they’re almost half the size of a regular bagel, have no hole in them, and are round, like a dinner roll. I bought 13 this last time and they took up half the space they usually do. The one in the pic wasn’t the smallest, this one is average. Starting to feel pretty cheated at this point. I know everyone is doing the shrink-flation thing but this is really egregious. Beside this the cinnamon roll is half it’s original size too. No one talks to you when you come in, I could’ve taken anyone’s to go order. The kitchen was a train wreck with food all over the floor. Anyway, we get a dozen every couple weeks but at this point I might drive another 10 minutes to get to a different Panera and see if they know how to make the bagels any better.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TREATMENT OF DELIVERY ORDERS!!! THEY ON PURPOSE FORGET CHEESE AND CROUTONS EVERYTIME I ORDER IT FOR TAKE OUT OR DELIVERY! I testing this by ordering in store and sitting down and it was almost a whole different taste smh this store never can put what needs to be on your order right UNLESS you are in there looking at them! I order a BOWL of French Onion Soup all the time and gave them another not only did they not have croutons in the bag as always they gave me a spoon full size of cheese for a BOWL? THEY ALSO DIDNT EVEN PUT CHEESE IN THE SOUP WHICH MANY DO AND THEY HAVE IN THE PAST! I only write reviews if it’s repetitive and it’s BEYOND REPETITIVE not at all good service and don’t care on anyway takeout orders are through DoorDash! You have to be face to face with them to make sure they make it the RIGHT WAY!!

I had a great experience at Panera Bread today.
The staff were friendly and the service was prompt. The bread was fresh, crunchy and delicious, but I was a bit disappointed with the portion size.
We ordered spicy fiesta chicken and Chipotle Chicken avo melt, Overall, a good visit, but I’d appreciate a slightly larger serving next time.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. The salad tomatoes were soggy and tasted old, which completely ruined the freshness of the salad. The soup also had a very odd taste, and the vegetables were unpleasant and not fresh. Overall, the quality did not meet expectations at all. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Don’t eat at Panera very often. Kinda sad they discontinued the flat bread pizza. Went here on a whim, wanting a lighter lunch. The salad was fresh and sandwich was tasty. No complaints on my behalf.

Food was quite good/nice plate presentation, cost a bit high for quantity, service seemed pretty good. Serious letdown with dining area as every empty table was dirty, debris on chairs/benches and the floor littered with napkins, etc. Was 4 of us, totaled just over $60 and may as well have eaten outdoors as it would have been more clean/inviting.

I hate writing negative reviews, but this was such a disappointing experience, I had to say something.
We stopped in our way home from an overnight business trip on the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 5th between 7:35-8:00 pm.
We specifically looked up all of the Panera Bread locations along our route home, b/c we can’t stand fast-food burger-chain restaurants, & we both love Panera Bread, which we will ALWAYS seek out when we’re on a road-trip. Regardless of where we are in the U.S., I’m rarely ever disappointed by Panera Bread. In fact, this was the first really disappointing experience we’ve ever had.
Although they weren’t busy, the staff didn’t stop their conversation to acknowledge us until we told them we were ready to order. Despite my being very happy, polite, & friendly (as I always am every time I speak to someone who is or will be handling &/or preparing my food), the staff seemed annoyed that we were interrupting them, as if we were an inconvenience & they were put out at having to take our order.
But, it was literally *THE ONLY* Panera Bread (that wasn’t way out of our way) between where we were leaving from in Greensboro, NC & our home in Virginia Beach, so we placed our order: a Turkey, bacon, & avocado sandwich, 2 drinks, a brownie, & an orange scone.
When we opened the sandwich (which we were splitting), we found an avocado peel was inside the sandwich. Yuck. We couldn’t, & didn’t, even eat the sandwich after that.
If this was our local store, I would’ve gone back so the manager could make it right, but we were already on the road & on our way back home to Va. Beach, so there was nothing I could do. We split the chips & brownie for our dinner.
