Samantha took our order today and she was a huge blessing! We have been at Baptist Hospital with our Dad and we’re all feeling really down. The cashiers did not listen or get my order correct. I ordered a pick two and she upgraded the Mac and cheese to a large without asking me which was a $2 upcharge. I also wanted to order the pepperoni mozzarella sandwich and she put the flatbread Instead so my entire order was wrong in some way. All the manager offered was apologies but cashiers don’t need to be adding upgrades that haven’t been specifically ordered. Food was ok.

I worked here for 4 months and I saw roaches daily. Roaches crawl on, in, and around the pastries. Me and my manager watched a roach crawl on some cookies and then crawl into the cinnamon rolls. I asked her if I could throw all the affected pastries away and she said I couldn’t because the display has to look full but that she wouldn’t sell it – except not even 5 minutes later I watched her sell them to a family with a smile on her face. There are baby roaches in the sink as well. I don’t know how bad the kitchen is because I didn’t work in it, though I did find a roach in my bread once. Here in this picture I took you’ll see a roach right next to the sanitation rating. Doesn’t seem very sanitary to me!

I had the steak and arugula sandwich for lunch today. It was wonderful! What a great healthy sandwich. I would love to know what they do to their onions. They were sweet like they had been marinated in dressing or something. Yummy! Very fresh too! It was my first time eating at this location. I haven’t eaten at Panera in a couple of years.

i came to do some studying and wanted to get a coffee (it’s very cold) and something sweet. I am SO glad that i looked in the window before ordering any desserts because there was a roach crawling through the desserts. this is so unfortunate.
