This Panera Bread is located in Cloverdale Plaza Shopping Center which is in easy walking distance from Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. They are open from 6:30 am till 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 7:30 till 8:00 pm on Sundays. They serve breakfast every day until 10:30 am which is the time I was there and ordered the bacon, cheese, egg and sausage asiago bagel sandwich which was served hot and freshly made.

I’ve ordered Chicken avocado melt from this Panera twice and it’s definitely far from what it’s supposed to be. This last order was even worse than the first one, never buying anything from them again.

I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo add avocado at $1.39 extra, add red onion & extra mayo with their special sauce. I got a dry Turkey sandwich with no avocado, no red onion, no mayo but a whole of yucky lettuce and no tomato! This sandwich cost nearly $15.00 and was not fit to eat with nothing I paid extra for on it! Panera what’s your problem??? I deserve at a minimum at refund! The other sandwich was a Toasted Italiano no special dressing at all on it! And when I tried to call your store, apparently you have your phone turned off, the call will not even go through! I would appreciate someone to contact me about this terrible experience.

I never write reviews, but I am livid. I placed an online order for delivery and it said it was delivered, but was not. I called Panera and was put on hold for several minutes and had to call back numerous times. I asked for a refund and was told that doordash would have to issue the refund. I called doordash and they said that Panera would have to issue the refund since the order was placed on their website so I called Panera back and asked to speak to a manager and was yet again put on hold and then told that the manager was too busy to speak with me and to leave my information. I work in healthcare and wasted my entire 30 minute lunch break on the phone and still have no food.

I had the steak and arugula sandwich for lunch today. It was wonderful! What a great healthy sandwich. I would love to know what they do to their onions. They were sweet like they had been marinated in dressing or something. Yummy! Very fresh too! It was my first time eating at this location. I haven’t eaten at Panera in a couple of years.

Stood at the registers for 10 minutes. The workers looked at me but continued to stand there making no food and filling dressing containers. I had to ask them to wait on me. Then I got my coffee and it was cold and they only had light roast all the other containers were empty. Clearly had not been remade all day.
