I enjoyed the food. I got a “take two” deal. It was kind of expensive at $17 for half a sandwich and soup.

Giving one because I can’t give zero, ordered a Marguerite flat bread pizza and was 100% cold, not room temperature, COLD.

This place is run by 17-mask wearing IDIOTS! You send me an email telling me that I have a free meal and when I go to redeem it, “oh it’s not in our system,” even though the email showed no expiration date on the offer. Not to mention there’s hardly anyone working and even when they’re there, they seem to be absolutely clueless on literally everything! And by the way, on your portions for your meals, you are committing highway robbery by making people pay $15 for “meals” that are not even remotely halfway filled up in the big bowls they use. Whoever is doing these atrocities needs to be FIRED! I should give this place ZERO stars (if anything, I should be owed stars), but I can’t. Abandon this place like you would a haunted dilapidated farmhouse.

Even though they have no gluten-free offerings, there were a number of good choices. Corporate emphasis is on healthful eating, for which they provide well, including specialty herbal teas as well as sophisticated coffee blends. We experienced a little mix-up in our order, mainly because, with the masks on, clear hearing is a problem. The manager was on top of it, though, satisfying us generously and completely, without our asking. Staff in general were friendly, helpful. The young person who initially took our order actually came outside on the patio to apologize for the mix-up, which was, for me, a real heads-up action, left me with an even warmer feeling for the place.

I got pick 2 – French onion soup and grilled cheese sandwich. It was the worst French onion soup I have ever had. No croutons or bread and less than a teaspoon of cheese. Tasted like it had been simmering for a week. Inedible. Sandwich was ok but barely grilled. Second time I’ve been here and both time’s disappointing. I won’t be back.

Brown avocado and lettuce. Practically ruined the sandwich. Could have made me sick if I didn’t check it. Utterly disgusting and disappointing.

My family loves Panera, but not this one. They were out of hummus and pepperoncinis, put chicken on my salad when I said no chicken, got a turkey sandwich when ordered ham and had to go back through the drive thru to correct a salad and still got it wrong.

Went to this Panera for lunch today with my spouse. After getting someone to take our order (vs. placing your own order on the kiosk), we attempted to order the Teriyaki Warm Bowl with broccoli. The employee was confused at what we were ordering. We repeated the order but she was asking, “Is that a soup”? No, it’s a warm bowl on the menu behind you we replied. She stated she couldn’t find it in the soups on her screen. Another employee came to assist her, so we repeated our order. Now we had 2 confused employees. We kept showing them what we wanted on the menu screen behind them. After about 3-4 minutes, one of the employees got upset with us, began getting verbally angry with us and they walked away. We were left there unattended, so we finally left the restaurant. We will not be returning and do not recommend others to do so. Definitely need to train the employees before they interact with the customers.

Clean eating is always a plus! The kiosks where you place your order can’t answer questions about the food, but it gets the job done. Takes me a minute to find the advertised special on the kiosk, but that’s okay. I got my food in a timely manner. The wifi doesn’t always have a strong signal, but that could be user error. 🙂

Went to get 2 dozen bagels (actually 26 since it’s bakers dozen), but the service at the counter was terrible. A new employee (she stated it was her 3rd shift) was basically correcting the “trainer.” The trainer was trying to count out the bagels to go slice on the drive-thru side because the one behind her was not working correctly. By the time she counted out 7, the new employee had hand sliced and packed all the others. I was then given 3 of the individual cream cheese versus three tubs! Overall, really disappointed in the service and non-professionalism of the experienced staff.
