Great place, great food. Cheese broccoli soup is definitely my favorite, but , all sandwiches are good also. Never disappointed with their brownies as well. Beware, if you come in the afternoon, you might get cold coffee, but they have microwave in coffee area that you can use

Am a regular at Store #202326 and have noticed Nick there on several occasions. He is absolutely fantastic and stands out as he works his tail off to ensure all the bases are covered at the store. He addresses all customers, makes eye contact and is super effective. On Saturday, 2/14/26, they were clearly short staffed and he was smiling, doing it all (taking orders and cleaning tables) and then a school bus full of kids pulled up and came in! He maintained his great attitude and delivered excellent service. I’ve been in business for many years and know a gem when I see one. He makes the store and experience there that much better.

I placed a pick up order online at 3:32 PM for pick up at five. I got there about 4:50 PM just to let them know that I had arrived. They did not have my order. I showed them where I paid. I showed them the confirmation email After going back-and-forth with a rude manager. My order was ready for pick up. I wanted to redeem my free tree with purchase and you told me I need to purchase something but yet I just purchased a whole order and then she gave me a hard time all horrible use experience. Both ladies proceeded to talk about me after I walked away. Mind you I didn’t raise my voice or do anything wrong. I simply said no thanks and left. Won’t be back. Also, the bathroom was so filthy

My daughter and I love to go to Panera Bread. I got really hooked on them while we lived in Nashville, so when given the chance..I stop. We went for lunch today to enjoy some Soup and Smoothies. Food was good. But my wife sat in a booth and was scratched by a piece of metal that was sticking out of the back of the booth. I reported it to the manager who acted like he really didn’t care about it. Said he would just cover it up but did nothing about it for us while we were there.

It was an early Saturday night, not busy. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. My daughter ordered a bread bowl which they were out of at 7:00, ridiculous. We went to get our drinks, station dirty, no straws and tea not marked. Would give this place a minus 20.

When I politely asked if it could be served on a plate instead, the staff were extremely rude and refused to accommodate the request. Very disappointing experience—I won’t be returning.
