The last 2 times we have went in to order, they informed us that they were out of baguettes. This happened 3 days apart. May not seem like a huge deal but I go there for the soup and I want the baguette with the soup. Odd thing to happen twice. Management needs to correct whatever the issue is.

Food was great as always. Was sitting down after driving a few hours and had to use the rest room. Restroom was spotless. But oooooh man did I have to go. Once that was finished I reached for the toilet paper. It felt like i was wiping with a dried pinecone from last winter. Please for the love of all that is holy start stocking with 4 ply. The stuff there was like sand paper. Also I’m glad there was a toilet brush sitting right beside the toilet… IT WAS GREATLY NEEDED. I wasn’t going to leave that monstrosity for the workers to deal with. BUT PLEASSSSSSSSE GET BETTER T.P . OVER ALL EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Worst Panera in the area. Tried unlimited sip club out of the 6 times I have done a rapid pick up order, 1 of those times my order has actually been on the shelf. I almost always have to talk to a worker (the whole point of ordering online is no contact) and they act soooo bothered when I ask them for my order. Also why are the charged lemonades in pitchers that you have to pour yourself? 0 stars if I could!

Worst meal we’ve ever had at a Panera. Not sure what was wrong, but neither our soups nor salads were very appetizing. Store was clean and staff was friendly, but the food made me wish we had gone somewhere else.

Food is great when they give it to you. Just got told they didn’t have any baguettes, when there is literally 20 trays of them in front of me. I asked isn’t that them and she said those are for tomorrow. Crazy.

Even though it’s a little pricey. I don’t think you can get much better. The food is always amazing. The pick 2 deal is the best. Very healthy.

I know how good panera CAN be because I’ve been to the Ashland location. I’d give them 6 stars (if I could) all day, every day. Staff? Friendly. Inside? Always attended to. Service? Great. Food? AMAZING. At one point, we used to eat it for almost every lunch and/or dinner when we lived closer to the Ashland Town Center. Came to this location with my husband today, and the warmth of the employees were severely lacking. Probably because they’re understaffed; I’m not exactly sure. The managers on duty in the Ashland know us by name, and always seek to connect with us; I don’t even think the manager here made eye contact. Eating at this location made me realize why some people say, “Panera is way over priced, and it’s not even THAT good”. The bread on my sandwich, that I get every time I go to Panera, was hard as a rock, my sandwich was cold, and they left the sauce off of it (or put so little, there appeared to be none). The tables were not clean, and it was evident no-one had any intention in wiping them off. Whereas, at the Ashland location, someone is always stationed in the eating area to wipe off tables, make customer connections, and offer to take anything off our hands before our meal is even over. If this were first trip to Panera and only experience or Panera, it would be my last. Save your money, and run to the Ashland Panera for a better experience, or hop on over to Chili’s.

This is my go to spot for meeting business associates at any time of the day. Friendly clean environment and no pressure to order or to leave. I spent four or five hours there one day meeting different people.

Ordering was easy in the app. Used the curbside pickup and loved it. The strawberry salad was good but not what I thought it was going to be based on the picture on the ordering page.
