I Used the self-service computer and it was super easy and clear to use. Depending on the time, the wait is about 8–12 minutes. But worth the wait if you decided to dine in. The place is spacious, great to do work, and the sandwiches and soups were delicious and priced right. Pretty happy about it.

What’s going on here lately with the skimpy portions? I’ve been frequenting this location since 2012. Lately there’s no meat on sandwiches specifically bagel sandwiches- chicken and tuna. I thought they forgot the meat yesterday and just gave me a mixed green bagel so dry and gross!! Panera has a brand reputation that we pay more, but it’s worth it in quality. That’s not being represented here and it’s disappointing. Please step it up. I don’t need friendly. I don’t want the manager to wave hello. I just want the delicious food back with normal portions. Thanks!!

I had a Mediterranean salad and it was very good. Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Seemed like they were filling call m-in/to go/pick-up orders before making ours. I think dine in customers should have priority.

I’ve visited Panera Bread several times, hoping for a consistent and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it has been anything but. Each visit seems to bring a new level of inconsistency, particularly with the service and food portions. When dining in, the portions are noticeably different compared to when I order takeout, which is both frustrating and disappointing.
The overall cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. Tables often go unwiped, and the floors could use more frequent attention. It doesn’t create the most inviting atmosphere for a meal.
Moreover, the staff appears to be perpetually exhausted and unwelcoming. It’s as if they haven’t had enough rest before starting their shifts. Walking in, I’m met with silence rather than a friendly greeting, which sets a negative tone for the entire visit.
Additionally, the parking lot needs more lighting. At night, it’s too dark, making it feel unsafe and uninviting. This is a significant concern for anyone visiting after dark.
I hope Panera Bread takes these issues seriously and makes improvements, as it has the potential to be a great place to eat. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Panera is always a reliable go to place. You always know you’ll get good food, clean environment and and nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful when i asked about Gluten Free items they offered. Not many options but the Autumn squash soup was delicious!

I ordered for rapid pickup, after arriving, I grab my bag and I luckily decide to double check my order before leaving. I was missing 2 bags of chips, 2 baguettes, and no tortillas strips when I had ordered extra. I then had to wait in line for 10 minutes, then the worker hands me my food and one singular bag of tortilla strips for my 2 orders of soup so I had to request more and wait once again. This totally defeated the point of the rapid pickup for me to just have to wait for multiple mistakes to be fixed. After I got home and got my food out, my Turkey Bravo was SOAKED in sauce! The bread was so soggy and wet there was an hole from the moisture. The bacon was undercooked, tomatoes were mushy, and lettuce was limp. Both soups were cold after having to wait at the restaurant. I really tried to enjoy the soup despite it being cold and thick but after taking a couple bites and then seeing my sandwich, I totally lost my appetite because of how poorly made it was. I have gotten the sandwich many times at other locations and they’ve always been great. Beware of Ranson Panera Bread. My soups and sandwich went straight in the garbage. It was a complete waste of money. I’m so disappointed.

Crazy overpriced. $13 for green goddess cobb salad, ingredients all tasted good but they didn’t put any eggs in, barely half an avocado cut into little cubes, and only 6 cherry tomatoes… for the full size?!

considering i usually use the rapid order later in the day i expect to get my 1 sandwich within 10 minutes but i usually end up waiting 20-40 minutes for 1 sandwhich and half the time it’s cold. the workers all have a terrible attitude and most of the times theres usually only 1-2 people working while the rest just stand around doing nothing. the food is good but expect a ridiculous wait and greeted with a worse attitude.

Have had multiple negative experiences here in the last month. 50/50 chance they will mess up even your simplest order even if there is no line. Good chance your food won’t be ready in a reasonable amount of time, as they are chronically understaffed, or will be stolen off the shelves if you give them extra time to make it. If you’re headed that way, the Martinsburg location is much better.

Panera is always great to get a warm meal. Meet up with a friend or eat alone. Especially cozy by the fireplace and in the warmer weather it’s great to eat outside
