I ordered for rapid pickup, after arriving, I grab my bag and I luckily decide to double check my order before leaving. I was missing 2 bags of chips, 2 baguettes, and no tortillas strips when I had ordered extra. I then had to wait in line for 10 minutes, then the worker hands me my food and one singular bag of tortilla strips for my 2 orders of soup so I had to request more and wait once again. This totally defeated the point of the rapid pickup for me to just have to wait for multiple mistakes to be fixed. After I got home and got my food out, my Turkey Bravo was SOAKED in sauce! The bread was so soggy and wet there was an hole from the moisture. The bacon was undercooked, tomatoes were mushy, and lettuce was limp. Both soups were cold after having to wait at the restaurant. I really tried to enjoy the soup despite it being cold and thick but after taking a couple bites and then seeing my sandwich, I totally lost my appetite because of how poorly made it was. I have gotten the sandwich many times at other locations and they’ve always been great. Beware of Ranson Panera Bread. My soups and sandwich went straight in the garbage. It was a complete waste of money. I’m so disappointed.

Below par to other Panera Bread restaurants. I like ordering in person rather than using the kisok, though that was a mistake. They got my order wrong. Guess thats one more person they can cut from the late shift or maybe move them to help with the kitchen. Then I get this for a baguette….and the kitchen people said this is how they always are…um not what I’ve gotten before.

I meet here regularly for coffee with a couple of friends. The coffee is not gourmet, but it is fine and priced right. Service is quick and always with a smile. The tables are always clean. And the atmosphere is great for conversation. It is a great place to meet and talk over coffee.

My trip to Panera was an enjoyable experience but could have been improved greatly. The one redeemable factor about this Panera Bread was a worker named Anna Sedlock. She made the experience incredible with persistent customer service and amazing awareness, ensuring that customers had an exceptional visit and allowed for a great and cheery atmosphere, they tended to all requests and did it with a positive attitude, thank you Panera for hiring good workers!!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but todays experience definitely warranted one. I will say the best part about the experience was the service. My food was ready quickly, presented well, and accurate to my order. The quality of the food was awful, I had to force myself to eat half of my mediterranean bowl with the driest/ blandest rice I’ve ever eaten. The corn chowder was off putting, and a quarter of the way into eating the bowl I found a human hair that was definitely not mine. I threw at least half of my food away and left eating the chips. Most of the tables were also pretty dirty anyways so it was hard to find a nice clean table to sit. Thats the last time I will go there.

Hey Panera the next time you make someone wait 15 minutes for a large mac & cheese at least make sure it’s hot & not cool to the touch. The bowl itself wasn’t even hot. I ordered to go & went to eat in my vehicle but I had to wait until I got home to heat it up myself.

A very spacious, good location place to have coffee, tea and bakery items. Staff were friendly and service was great. Shout out to Nevaeh – she was a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. She is a great person to talk to. Despite her very young age, she demonstrated great communication and social skills.

Came here for bagels and cream cheese. I got the half dozen order with plain cream cheese. I also got the Madagascar cold brew. What I got was more like a Latte, 90% milk and a shot of coffee, when a cold brew is more coffee than milk, so I was a fan of it. Other than that, service was quick and the clerks were very friendly.

Great place to grab a bite to eat and have a conversation. We ended up coming the day that the top dogs were visiting the branch and we grabbed a picture with them 🙂 It is great to see people that can have fun while also working hard.
