Jojo L
It was our first time trying Panera Bread and our experience was mediocre.

To start, the workers were all very nice and friendly. They provided recommendations on what was good and were very helpful when we tried to place our order. Although the service was great, I did find the prices to be on the higher side considering the portion sizes.

I had ordered half a steak sandwich with toast, and a bowl of French onion soup (as recommended by the staff). For this meal, my total came out to be about $17 USD. The sandwich was a bit small and barely had any meat inside. The soup itself was very sour. I’m not too sure if French onion soup is supposed to taste sour, but it wasn’t as pleasant as I thought it would taste. The best part about my meal would be the butter on toast provided alongside the meal. After finishing the meal, I was left hungry still and felt like for $17USD, I could get a much more filling meal from the chains.

Overall, this location was a miss for me. It does offer healthier options, but for its price, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Atmosphere: 5/5
This Panera Bread looks either new or recently remodeled, and it’s one of the nicer ones I’ve been to. The exterior is clean and attractive, with a good amount of outdoor seating along the sidewalk—complete with umbrellas and patio furniture for those wanting to enjoy a meal outside. There’s also a drive-thru, which adds extra convenience.

Inside, the layout is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. It has plenty of booth seating, a clean and stylish mix of tile and carpet, and soft lighting from contemporary hanging fixtures. One corner features a gas fireplace, which adds a warm, cozy touch to the dining space. There’s also a private community room with a flat-screen TV—perfect for meetings or quiet group gatherings. Everything was clean, inviting, and well-maintained.

Service: 3/5
Service was just okay during our visit. We placed our order using the self-serve kiosk (which was easy to use), but none of the staff greeted us or made any effort to interact. It was close to closing time, and you could tell the employees were winding down and not particularly thrilled to still be serving guests. Our food came out correctly and in a timely manner, but the lack of a friendly greeting or acknowledgment made the experience feel a bit impersonal.

Food: 4/5
We didn’t order a full meal this time, but we did try a bowl of mac & cheese with a side baguette. The mac & cheese was creamy, rich, and satisfying—classic Panera quality. The baguette had a nicely crusted exterior with a chewy center, lightly dusted with flour. It wasn’t the most refined presentation (looked a little like it was hand-torn from a larger loaf), but it was still fresh and great for dipping. A simple combo that hit the spot.

Final Thoughts:
This Panera Bread stands out for its atmosphere and layout—it’s clean, cozy, and welcoming. While the service could be friendlier, especially during evening hours, the food and setting make it worth a visit. With a drive-thru, plenty of seating, and a peaceful indoor environment, it’s a great spot for a quick bite, a casual meeting, or even a place to work for a while.

Used this Panera for dinner during a recent 2-week trip through the area. Food was decent, as was service and atmosphere. Nothing to write home about, but overall a good experience.

One of the female managers has such a nasty attitude and very rude behavior. Dont have good memory of her name but it starts with a K, like Katie or something along those lines. She gives stank faces and is unkind to the employees. Also hangs up on callers. She should invest in Mcdonalds or Taco bell, not an environment like Panera. I am surprised she got the job considering Panera has a strict employee hiring and “only hires the best”. Such a bad look on this location, wont be coming back.

This place would have been given a 5 but they are always out of baguettes!! Every time I try and order a sandwich or have it as a side item. I have to chose something else. So easy to make too. Also wish they didn’t get rid of the chips option.

My daughter and I love to go to Panera Bread. I got really hooked on them while we lived in Nashville, so when given the chance..I stop. We went for lunch today to enjoy some Soup and Smoothies. She opted for the Cheddar Broccoli Soup and I went with the French Onion and we both got the Green Smoothies for the extra Protein.
I love the Panera App also because I can get Points that will reward me with free food and discounts. The store was clean, the staff friendly and I will definitely go back again!!!

Stopped by for a quick soup and salad! Clean and bright. Nice outdoor area. Close to gasoline. And 10 minutes from I64. Shopping all around and plenty of shopping! Fresh and delicious.

Always love a Panera stop during soup season and Zain made sure it was extremely pleasant and cozy. Appreciate that he was patient with requests and did a great job pushing the 1/2 off baked good deal.

I am always confused by the kiosk direction to proceed to the counter to get your cup for your drink, only to be ignored once you get there. The food is always better than almost any fast food restaurant, though. And I am also puzzled by the “Sips Club” because every other restaurant offers free refills anyway. Not joining your club when 1 small drink is 3.49. I always enjoy the Fiesta Chicken, although the quality is somewhat variable based on who made it. Those orange scones are the bomb.
