Ordered on the app.and went through the drive-thru to pick up. Got home and found out I was missing our cranberry orange slices. Called and had to go back up there to get them. Waited for several minutes to be acknowledged and waited on. Was told “we are out of cranberry orange slices” but there were several in the case. PLUS I was told when I called they were setting 2 slices aside for me. She finally found them. But I do have to say, there weren’t very many cranberries in it!! See photo – frustrated that I had to make a return trip AND the product – while tasty- didn’t look like the picture in the menu

Panera is always amazing! The food is fresh, the place is clean, and the service is fast. Everyone is friendly, but Sophia is the best worker there — she’s super kind, helpful, and makes the whole experience better every time. She deserves recognition because she really cares about customers and does her job so well. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Highly recommend!

Food is as expected. But the staff (I’ve only been doing drive-thru) is not very friendly at this location, downright sour, at times. And I’ve been for both breakfast and lunch times, had different people, but never a smile, and when I’m the one to hello, or how are you, or have a nice day, I get straight faces, no answer. And they seem to take longer, so less efficient. I like the Courthouse location much better.

1 star feels generous. Looking closer at the reviews it seems like consistency, rotten food, and cleanliness are consistent problems at this location. We were just stopping thru on a road trip. Here was our experience:
-Ordered 2 bowls of oatmeal. 1 was watery with no sugar, and 1 was basically hard and dry like they scraped the bottom of the barrel, and then it was loaded with sugar. My husband had to dump it over to pour the sugar out. Where was the consistency??
-Ordered a yogurt parfait for my toddler. The fruit seemed to have spoiled in it, so there was a LOT of thick brown liquid on top. I couldn’t believe they’d serve that to someone! We threw it out without opening it.
-The bathroom was dirty (soap all down the walls, handles gross, paper towels on the floor), and the floor was strangely sticky.

I’ve visited this Panera Bread several times now, and the food quality has consistently been good. Ordering through their app is convenient, and my orders have always been ready in a timely manner. I also appreciate that there’s usually plenty of seating available inside. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend this Panera location.

This Panera was awesome. Not one of those modern atmosphereless restaurants they’re putting in Richmond. The food was delicious and the service was good. The fireplace was very nice.

I love Panera, unfortunately the past couple times I’ve ordered to-go, it was missing items. My last order was mini brownies and a regular brownie, a YP2 and a bowl of soup. I was missing the regular browning and the soup from the YP2 Go inside or check your to-go orders before driving off if you want to get all your food.

The food tastes fine but the portion sizes are inconsistent and not worth the money when you get shafted. I bought a full Cobb salad and got half a bowl of salad. My friend ordered salad and got a bowl fully packed with food. Folks seated near us also got full bowls of salad. Mine was definitely not worth $10. Only had one egg in the whole salad and not much feta. Where’s the protein? I went home still hungry.

Clean, good staff, food was out quick. Daughter was really looking forward to broccoli cheddar and they were out. Bathrooms need some work. Others may have a better experience.
