I just came thru the drive thru. I ordered a bowl of tomatoe soup. Looks like they scrapped the bottom of the barrel. Why is it half empty? Not happy. I could have gone to a competitor paid less, gotten more soup and it been fresh. Shame on you. If I was t tired I would go back and get my money back.

What’s a DJ’s favorite place to get sandwiches? Panera era era ! And so is ours. The ferbalicious mobile gang just passed through to get CHARGED up! And we were blessed by the homely ambiance (did you know they have a tile fireplace!?) food came very fast. Will be back.

Limited parking at this Panera bread as it is part of a strip mall rather than a stand alone restaurant. I ordered for rapid pickup via the app and was pretty quick to get the notification that my food was done, however I was left standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to bring my food to the shelf. I saw the bag with my name on it just sitting on a counter. Finally they brought it around but my food (I got soup) was lukewarm. They also didn’t add any of the breadcrumbs you get with French onion soup. Very disappointed in this location.

The employee in drive thru was the most prompt and professional individual I have met at a panera, and in the top percent of service industry. He enunciated clearly, had fantastic manners, and repeated our order back. We were in and out of that drive thru in a heart beat.
