This Panera location was very quick to get our order and get our food ready. They also gave us a free fruit cup. I ordered a green goddess cobb salad. It was good but there was not enough avocado ranch for it. The baguette was fresh and the fruit didn’t taste like it had preservatives. I also got a strawberry smoothie and it tasted pretty good but the cup sizes are small for high prices. The restaurant also has a great modern/mid century modern mix that feels classy. Definitely a good place to go for lunch or breakfast.

Ordered Flat Bread Pizza to try for the first time. It gets a big Zero stars. Chewy and stiff. I knew it would be a frozen product but Foodlion sells much better and less that $9.95. Chicken Noodle Soup had exactly 4 noodles, 5 carrots, and 1 small piece of chicken. Tasted great but clearly not what it should have been. Sandwiches tasted great but fell short on appearance and bread was hard. The clearly new employee running the register was trying so hard and was very friendly. This was around 5pm on 10/7/21. She really stood out. Manager was running expo and looked miserable and not very friendly. Not actually checking orders because I had to come back ftom car to get a missing item.

Please read all of it to understand. I am not sure what prevents this store from winning. Their design for comfortability is not lacking. They have plenty of places for set up for laptop use and can seat a lot of customers. Sadly their bathroom is consistently out of toilet paper, their bathrooms are always somehow in ruin. I noticed they were doing the very best they could here. Even a cook said, ‘I think we are doing a great job today guys’. Yes I believe that. This isn’t about the kitchen. The kitchen carry top staff and rarely get an order wrong. I’ve been here a few times and I ordered through out the day each time coming in as early at 10 am and leaving at 830pm. The food is always right and hot and fresh. NOW the issue is the dining areas. They stay unattended and very unclean. I noticed many customers walking around with their meals looking for clean tables. I took it upon myself to wipe off several tables for the new customers to sit. I felt for the staff. Its weird. Its like there is no hustle for the front of house of this location. I let the front staff know the amount of dust that accumulated on the area where the sit in mugs were and she was at attention, when I stated I was okay with mine but others might not be she relaxed. It didn’t get wiped down at all but I noticed ppl pick the mugs up through the day and put them back down in disgust. This isn’t the type of thing that should be seen at any store. The coffee area often stays dirty as well. For example, the sugar pack cups will go empty until someone asks about it through the day. Start to end, the location has no sense of cleaning the area for their customers before 815pm.

This is my go-to Panera location. I mostly get take out and use the “grab and go” feature: I order online, pay online, and just show up to grab my prepared food. It’s very convenient. My wife and I did this regularly throughout the pandemic and the food was always great. Lately I’ve tried to eat vegan and so have had a customization requests online. I appreciate how the folks preparing my food with care have been patient with my weird notes and requests (below was my custom vegan version of the greek grain bowl).

Got my order on time but the pasta and broccoli are overcooked and My food was very mushy. Spoke with the guy and requested if i can get new one because its overcooked.. the guy came in with the same batch of my order… I mean when customer said the food was bad why would you serve the same food from the first batch?? whats the point of asking a new one?? I regularly stop for bagels for my office on Tuesday’s on my way to work. However, today when I stopped by I found they have changed their hours to open after 7 am. But unknown to myself and other customers waiting till 6 we entered thru the unlocked front doors to be told by a disgruntled worker. Sadly I will not be visiting again.
