I used to frequent this place until I moved about a year ago. I was disappointed to see that the facilities are no longer kept clean. The staff went from pleasant and cheerful to sad and depressed. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it’s not somewhere I will frequent. Also, this place isn’t military/first responder friendly as they don’t offer a discount for those guys; this may explain why I’ve never seen a police car or anyone in uniform in this Panera. Another reason to avoid them.

I always come here almost everyday for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This place is very nice just to hang out. meeting friends or spend time with family. Especially winter time they have fire place. The customer service is very good. Especially michelle i really like her she always come and talk with customers or offer to take the plates. She is very courteous with her smile.i asked her today her name that i want to put in Google reviews. This place is very clean and warm welcome from all the employees.

We dined in at this Panera yesterday, 6/19, after a very long hiatus, due to a prior disappointing visit. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches- a bacon, egg & cheese croissant, and a steak & egg sandwich for my husband w 2 small drinks. The cashier told me I had a free bagel – Yay! So, an ordered it w cream cheese & they charged me $2 for the smallest container of cream cheese! My order came to $25! The sandwiches were so small – thank goodness we had the bagel to fill us up. My husband’s steak sandwich was a joke – there were like 6 minuscule pieces of meat – it looked like steakums! Extremely disappointing! Not planning on going back here again.

I bought 2 cinnamon crunch bagels. I had them both toasted. I went to the back area to retrieve my bagels on to realize that they had sprinkled other seasons on it and toasted it with the bagel. First of all that is not what I ordered and I could be allergic to the trash that was sprinkle on the bagel. Watch out for your food everyone. People can be evil

Efficient way to get dinner quickly with the Panera App. It only took less than 10 minutes to get my pick two( Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup and salad). Wow! It is my new favorite creamy fall soup with only 210 calories in the cup size! The restaurant is decorated tastefully for fall and a nice evening vibe on a first cool night! Good parking options too!

How can any sandwich maker make a sandwich soooooo sloppy, and then put mushy wilted SLIMY lettuce on the sandwich.
We paid over 20 dollars for 2 sandwiches. Mine was a Turkey Advocado Bacon sandwich. To my shock, I found only 3 very little pieces of turkey, which was placed only in the very middle of the sandwich. The bacon was rubbery and half raw, and the lettuce was ROTTEN & unetable.
The worker has to see the lettuce they are placing on the sandwich!!!! How can they put this SLIMY lettuce on any sandwich???
The pics tell the truth!! I was so upset! I even said something to the worker that brought our sandwiches. She just looked at me and said nothing.
Not only this, but there was hardly any mayo on the sandwich, which made it terribly DRY!! And the pickle was old and all shriveled up.
