I ordered a 2 item lunch menu I was very surprised to realize when I got my lunch bag that it was completely the wrong salad I ordered the bacon salad what I got was a chicken salad with apples and pecans. I only had enough dressing for three bites it was poppy dressing and there was only enough for three bites. Compared to the size of my salad there wasn’t enough dressing they never give you enough dressing just generally speaking. Then the soup that I ordered French onion was a very small container and where the heck was the cheese…about 1 teaspoon AT THE BOTTOM What!, I won’t be ordering that again. I did not visit the restrooms at this visit so I don’t know as far as cleanliness of the whole place. The cashier did take my order but she was not very friendly.

Went there for a door dash and apparently they think it’s my job to do their job. I asked them why the bag wasn’t sealed and they said “oh the stickers are right there for you.” They had me sealing the bag but it’s their job to ensure that everything is packed and the bag is sealed. I would never touch anyone’s food but you don’t know what other door dashes would do and it’s on them to make sure everything is gtg.

Love it every time! Spinach Bacon Croissant Souffle for breakfast, with chocolate chip muffie, and dark roast coffee! Pure yum!!! Always so good, you have to try all the Souffles! Great breakfast sandwiches and bagels too!

After ordering (for delivery) two strawberry poppyseed with chicken salads, we got two without chicken and we’re told it was because that’s what we ordered, because there were two choices on the “online” menu and we chose the one without. What you see below is exactly what was on their online menu and was NOT what was delivered to us. It even starts out by saying that you get Chicken with the rest of the condiments, not all of the rest and chicken if you asked for it. Please note that on the day of this order what you see below is exactly what was on the online menu and there was not, under any circumstances, a choice for a different chicken poppyseed salad unless they had it under the desserts or sandwiches. She identified as the manager and was rude and short with us.

Sip club is great! Also, I love their Tuesday bagel special & their value meals, but the best thing is their family meal, which includes 4 half sandwiches, salad and soup, and a baguette. I often get this for dinner in a pinch when I’ve had a busy day & have gotten them for friends & neighbors who are sick

Salad was old and brown. Soup was wrong. Very dirty on the inside. This was just one of the vents in the dining room (pic added). Floor had trash on it in the order area. Flys throughout the restaurant. Will not be back.
