They occasionally forget to add our dill pickles to the many sandwiches we order here. We order whole sandwiches! We love the broccoli and cheddar soup! We love those Chicken Avocado BLT sandwich . The bacon should be cooked crispy brown! The Tuna sandwich is a great choice, too! The only complaint is about the not so ripe tomatoes! I love juicy tomatos! Love those Lemonade/Agave drinks! It’s worth every dollar!

The food is decent. The atmosphere is nice for a meeting which is why I was there. My bagel wasn’t sliced as requested and portions were on the small side today so a slightly lower rating was given. Not the best day but overall a good place.

This location is fairly convenient for the Short Pump residents and businesses. Parking can be difficult during lunch or dinner hours. Associates behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful. I love half price bagels on Tuesday and MyPanera+ Coffee subscription. Online ordering system is easy to use, there is designed location for In-Cafe pickup and Curbside pickup is also available. Panera Bread is a wonderful franchise restaurant, however I never felt stuffed after a meal here. The portion is healthy, but not big. Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl looked like someone already ate half of the order, however the food was delicious and there was generous amount of Teriyaki Chicken. Flatbread Pizzas, Sandwiches, Soups, and Salads are always good.

Great menu options and quick service. My only complaint is that they do not use their mobile order “rapid pick-up shelf.” 99% of the time my order is located at the normal pick-up counter.

Anytime I order from any Panera Bread, I always order the Toasted Italiano and normally it’s awesome. However ordered from here today and not so great. It doesn’t have half the toppings that are supposed to be on it. Basically was just meat and cheese. I love all the toppings on mine and did not ask for anything to be left off. Very disappointed.

Ok, 5 stars for food..Steady eddy. Food is consistent and lots of Options to choose from.
Ventilation; however, is horrible and is a 0! Have eaten here twice in the last week and the smell of burning/cooking food is enough to take your breath away (literally). It’s so bad that is truly hard to breathe and when you leave the clothes you have on are saturated with the smell. This must be an easy fix…a ventilation fan. Surprisingly there is not one over the area where there panini machines/ ovens are. It’s bad! Yet the front of house has huge ventilation fans over the baking area. Bad set up!

Disappointed.
I’ve been to this Panera many times now, and they usually get at least one thing wrong in my order. And today was just extra disappointing. They gave me a burnt baguette. Panera BREAD gave me a burnt baguette! I personally look forward to dipping my baguette in my tomato soup, which I love from there. I’m super disappointed that an employee would even think to give a customer a burnt, dried-out piece of bread.
