Long time Customer, did not like the new Panera t-shirts, most of all being called a Princess, lol 67 years old I feel I should have a little more respect, I only ordered one Bagel and 2 pastries to go, the t-shirts were company t-shirts that Celebrated black culture and one woman said in front of me to the worker( hey I love your shirt) x2!! I don’t feel like I as a Customer paying full price that I have to go be insulted and criticized because I was a white woman being called a princess!! Its sad that today we can’t just go and enjoy our food with the high prices without having anyone Insulted!!

This location is fairly convenient for the Short Pump residents and businesses. Parking can be difficult during lunch or dinner hours. Associates behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful. I love half price bagels on Tuesday and MyPanera+ Coffee subscription. Online ordering system is easy to use, there is designed location for In-Cafe pickup and Curbside pickup is also available. Panera Bread is a wonderful franchise restaurant, however I never felt stuffed after a meal here. The portion is healthy, but not big. Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl looked like someone already ate half of the order, however the food was delicious and there was generous amount of Teriyaki Chicken. Flatbread Pizzas, Sandwiches, Soups, and Salads are always good.

We got bagels and slices are awful. I have never seen anything like this; a tiny sliver was cut off the topmost part of the bagel. And worse, All of the bagels are like this. It would be good if they think from customers’ angle and do a good job. There was no quality job done here. I cannot toast.

The food is good but man it’s not worth it when you have to wait 30 minutes for it. Panera in general has gone downhill in recent years. It’s not specific to this location, the last several I’ve been to have been rough experiences.

This is the worst Panera Bread that I’ve been to. The food was terrible. Ordered a tuna with lettuce and tomato, no onions. Of course they put onions on the sandwich and olives. The tuna was chunky with no taste and it only covered 1/3 of the bread. To make things worse, got back to the hotel and didn’t have a spoon for the soup.
