I ordered from drive-thru. The smokey bbq chicken melt and a small salad. The salad was good. The sandwich was awful. Very dry with minimal pieces of cheese and chicken. Little, very little sauce. Where is the meat and cheese ? I could not eat it. Money wasted. I don’t recommend.

This Panera is hit or miss. Last experience we went through the drive thru around 8:40pm. Accidentally gave my wife a half salad when we ordered a whole. No big deal, accidents happen, but the second salad they made they forgot to add chicken when we noticed back home it was too late to go back. I went to give my wife some chicken from my sandwich and one half of my sandwich had almost no chicken on it. I know we showed up near closing but it really felt like closing was the priority and not the customer. When spending almost $30 on a meal for two people it feels frustrating not to get what you order and to still be hungry. My recommendation is if your going to go to this location is don’t go through the drive thru and don’t go near closing.

Great place to plug in your laptop and get some work done while grabbing a bite to eat. Food is always ready super fast, both in store and in the drive thru. Friendly staff all around. They have self-order kiosks inside too.

Had the Flat bread pizza and it was very tasty. I’m overweight so I wouldn’t call myself a food critic but if you do try it, I recommend eating it as soon as it is served. The flat bread hardens up over time and pretty quickly. This establishment was very efficient and very clean, enjoyed my meal there today.

Hours of operation say they open at 6, I get to the drive thru after that time & someone comes on the mic saying they’re “not currently taking drive thru orders at the time.” This has happened on more than one occasion. What is the point of opening at 6 if you’re not going to serve your customers?

I love Panera and eat there whenever possible. My only complaint was that the scoop of Mac and cheese from the pick 2 seemed ridiculously small…minor problem for an overall great experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish and the employee helping clean might have been the nicest guy I’ve ever seen in a Panera. I overheard him explaining the tea options to a woman and he kindly came over and offered to clear our plates when we were finished. Outstanding service on his part and he did it with a smile on his face. If I make it back there I will single him out to the manager and commend his exceptional service!
