It’s been a while since I’ve been at Panera Bread, and they didn’t have my favorite flat bread pizza on the menu, so I thought I would try something new.
I finally decided to order the spicy steak asiago bagel sandwich. It started out okay, and somehow ended up burning a hole in my stomach, while I was in a full body sweat .
I’m not a stranger to spicy food, and I’m not one to waste a meal. Even if I don’t like it, I will still eat it. I don’t waste money, and my momma didn’t raise a quitter, but I had to throw in the towel on that one.

I had a surprisingly pleasant visit to Panera. I don’t go often because I don’t desire it as much, but this visit proved otherwise. I had the pleasure of being helped by Victoria. She is congenial and made me feel special. It’s the little things that sometimes go unnoticed, but she deserves a shout-out for her helpfulness with my questions and recommendations. I appreciate her, and I hope Panera recognizes the value she brings to customers like me.

I only gave a 3 star for service because my order was pre-order online to be picked up at 5:15pm today threw the drive thru. The worker told me they did have my order but to drive up to the window. When I got to the window the worker said they made the order at 1 pm. because that is what the ticket said, but not to worry they were remaking my order. I showed him my receipt and the notification that said your your order will be ready at 5:15 p.m. on 10/8/25. The worker said it was probably a computer glitch as to why they fixed the order so early. The worker was very polite and told me to give them a few minutes and my order will be up.

Great place to plug in your laptop and get some work done while grabbing a bite to eat. Food is always ready super fast, both in store and in the drive thru. Friendly staff all around. They have self-order kiosks inside too.

Had the Flat bread pizza and it was very tasty. I’m overweight so I wouldn’t call myself a food critic but if you do try it, I recommend eating it as soon as it is served. The flat bread hardens up over time and pretty quickly. This establishment was very efficient and very clean, enjoyed my meal there today.

I love Panera and eat there whenever possible. My only complaint was that the scoop of Mac and cheese from the pick 2 seemed ridiculously small…minor problem for an overall great experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish and the employee helping clean might have been the nicest guy I’ve ever seen in a Panera. I overheard him explaining the tea options to a woman and he kindly came over and offered to clear our plates when we were finished. Outstanding service on his part and he did it with a smile on his face. If I make it back there I will single him out to the manager and commend his exceptional service!

Just leaving this to note the I’m assuming manager or shift lead with the short pink hair was extremely rude in the way she talked to her staff, aggressive and condescending for no reason. Maybe it was an off day for them but it’s just a sandwich shop…it’s not that deep. Made me and my friend uncomfortable as a guest.

At 7:30 on a Friday night. Went to drive thru..placed my order , waited 6 – 10 mins in line to be told they dont have soup or bread. Your PANERA BREAD ! How do you not have bread….crazzzzzy !

My wife and I both bought the Asiago bagel with egg and sausage. Mine had cheese. They were amazing. I have never gotten bad bread products from panera but anything that has Asiago on it tops my list. Was a bit disappointed that they had their catering van parked in a handicapped parking spot. The hood was cold so it must have been there for a while.
