Yikes. As an immunocompromised person I try only to get raw greens from places that serve fresh produce. I thought Panera was one of them, but I was wrong. Lettuce was all brown and rotting. Some parts were even BLACK and mushy. Definitely rotten beyond words! unfortunately, I ate a few bites before realizing what I was eating. I can only hope against hope that I don’t wind up in the hospital. The cafe itself is pretty dirty as well and my husband was wiping someone else’s crumbs off the table just so we could get a somewhat clean place to eat. Wont be coming back.

Busy on a weekend afternoon, it is a busy area, but the service here is always up to par and quick. And the food was fresh, the coffee always great, and the desserts were great too. Clean and inviting. Good seating. Just a classic Panara.

Food is very tasty but preparation is quite slow. Do not under any circumstances use the drive thru! You will literally spend 20+ minutes waiting. Panera’s menu and food prep is not suited to drive thru. But when you finally get your food it will be tasty.

Everyone is always friendly here. The food is pricey for soups, salads, and sandwiches, but it’s consistent. Don’t love the “pizzas”, but other stuff is good. I do miss their curbside, but staffing is hard. Sometimes the drive thru is long, but this isn’t the fastest of fast food, so I suppose that’s to be expected.

I walked in with the first set of customers of the day. It was disgusting in the dining area though the front was clean when you walk in. Tables and floors were disgusting. Morning staff worked very hard to clean up the mess and were very apologetic. The staff worked hard to get orders out and maintain a happy pace and place. It was a very pleasant experience. Some rude customers here but I did quick to inform them they were slammed, if it wasn’t already obvious. Very pleased with this location’s morning staff.
