Pretty dirty when we came. Lots of surfaces needed to be wiped down, tables were dirty and the staff was pretty inattentive. It was not busy (just me and someone else) and food still took a very long time to come out for a super simple order. It looks like it could be a nice place but it’s just not well taken care of.

Didn’t look like a typical Panera store. Came off of 199 and went right past. Actually in front Harris-Teeter and next to McDonald’s. Same awesome experience inside!

This is one of the nicest Panera however I don’t like the fact that I have to wait in line to purchase or get a drink that I ordered offline because it’s not on the counter like the other drinks. Meaning if you’re a sips reward member and you order it off the kiosk you will still have to stand in line to get one of the lemonades because they’re behind the counter.

I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich since I was pleased to see such an American staple on the menu. It was hearty and delicious. I was a little thrown off by the ordering process only because it wasn’t clear that the drink cup came with the rest of the meal. So I waited in a separate line for a drink cup that I didn’t need. But that was a minor point of confusion. The dining area was clean and the wait time was reasonable. I recommend this location to anyone especially after a long day of shopping at the outlet mall.

Just stopped in for a quick coffee and Mandy’s delightful greeting and service was “inspiring” even after full day of Mother’s Day celebrations

Soup served wayyyy too hot! I finished my sandwich and chips and it was still too hot! My family and I eat at Panera regularly. Never had I had soup served at that temp. I did mention it to the girl behind the counter and instead of simply saying “sorry about that ma’am,” she got snooty and rude. Yikes! Chill. A little customer service training needed. They are also out of stock of several ingredients making it difficult to know what favorites you can still order. Avocado chicken melt, no. Quinoa chicken bowl, out of stock. Also restaurant dirty, food all over floor, and bathroom is disgusting with sticky floors! I’ll drive a little farther and go the the other location in Williamsburg next time!

I genuinely like Panera but I always get offended when I stop by here for lunch or breakfast. Employees are really unfriendly, and they don’t get food orders perfectly. The menu is always missing. This place is close to home but I don’t want to go because of the unfriendly staff and frequent order mistakes. Go to Panera in Monticello even if it’s far from home.

The salad in my pick 2 order was rotten and it smelled sour, just awful! It’s not the first time this location is serving expired food, salads in particular, for to go orders. Besides I got no utensils either.

Don’t waste your money. We love Panera, however staff at this location are more concerned with closing while still open then making sure your food is served properly. We ordered at 8:05 pm and our food was served in to go containers as if to say don’t eat in. While we were eating they put up all the chairs and started vacuuming. How lovely! The bakery items were already stowed away. Closing isn’t until 9 pm. Doing these activities while customers are in the store is ridiculous.

Rude staff when I asked if there were other begals at 7:45 am was told its Tuesday what do you expect. Appearantly Tuesday is dozen for 8.99 day, try being nice and if it happens all the time make more.
