I mean, it’s on the higher end of fast food. This restaurant is always clean whenever I go. The menu feels very farm to table. But again, it’s fast food, so it’s not. The food is very good and better, nonetheless. I also thank them for their respect for military service. They have/had a dining table set up for the serviceman who isn’t coming home. It warmed my heart.

20250412 The employees are polite saying hello which made me feel welcome. The food was delicious… really like my customized salad, and French onion soup was good but it lacked cheese. I expected the cheese to cover the top of the soup but instead there was so little cheese that I have to dig to find in the soup. The hibiscus tea was unsweetened and good. The almond pastry was good, love the almond paste, but the breaded part eemed a little dry.

Decided to order these outrageously priced bagels with cream cheese because I knew when I brought them back to the hotel my kids would eat them and have enough energy to go about our vacation. Drive to Panera, pickup my sealed bag, bring it back to delighted kids, open the bag, and find no cream cheese. Agony.

It’s not just about forgetting cream cheese. It’s lack of service forcing a parent to decide between giving children no protein for breakfast, or going back out on another 30 minute breakfast run and digging into the kids swim window before checkout.

Not the typical Panera vibe here. The food was good but they would only serve the to-go sizes, despite the fact we were dining in for the evening. There are many signs saying you may wait up to 45 minutes for your food and all will be served in to-go boxes. This is an issue b/c you receive less food in the smaller containers. I believe they just did not have the staff required for the restaurant, and they were doing the absolute best that they could.
All the associates were very friendly and kind. Food was good, but serving size small. Wait was long. And the atmosphere is lacking just from poor design – no fireplace or comfy seating options. The floorplan is cramped and forced. The parking lot is even awkward. Will probably not return to this location.

This is the second time I’ve had this issue, and it really doesn’t make sense why the soup is packaged this way. It causes the rest of the food in the bag to get soggy, which ruins the overall meal. I hope they reconsider how they serve and package their soup.

Ordered food as dine in and they packed it to-go. When I asked why, they said it was due to a soccer tournament happening and couldn’t keep up with dishes. No one was inside eating besides another couple and woman. We purposely wanted to eat dine in because their serving sizes for to-go are smaller for the same price. Little ridiculous to spend $30 on food here and them have lack of communication, small portions and use a BS excuse for not plating food.

I was having a very Sunday-y Sunday (12/28 around 11am) and was greeted by a very friendly employee. I was waiting to use one of the kiosks to order and a kind employee got my order instead, since he was available. He went out of his way to ask how my day was going and make polite conversation. I’m not someone who is very picky with service and wouldn’t have gotten upset if he hadn’t put that effort forward, but I really appreciated the small act of kindness since I was having a day. I placed my order, waited a couple minutes, and then got overly confident trying to bring the food to my table for my mom and I, and proceeded to drop everything on the floor immediately. We offered to pay to replace the food but not only did they replace it for us despite us offering, but they also brought it to our table since I clearly can’t be trusted to function on Sundays. My Sunday still Sunday’ed since unfortunately, Panera can’t control gravity and I’m a giant clutz, but both the employee who greeted me and the employee who replaced my food genuinely made my day better, so I wanted to say thank you!

Sip club is a cool idea but the Dr Pepper I ordered today was very watery and lacked Dr Pepper flavor. The bagel I got was very toasted like it tasted burnt almost. I’d stick to the lemonades for the sip club. Drive through was 18 min wait for my small order. I’d come back again because this is the only Panera with a drive thru. I have no idea what it looks like inside the establishment.

We’ve used this Panera location many times, and unfortunately consistency has been consistently missing. Nearly every delivery order has had something wrong, items missing, or occasionally an entirely different order showing up at our door (surprise!).

Most recently, when we reached out to this store to make it right, we were redirected to corporate rather than helped locally. That response didn’t inspire much confidence.

Panera food is somewhat solid, but if you’re considering delivery from this location, proceed with caution. Double-check your order… and maybe say a small prayer. Because the door dash service Panera uses is horrific at best.
