now i get it..commercial/google image food and real life food dont align most of the time. but this is what I get after I had to come back bc it wasnt in my bag the first time?! (my fault I shouldve checked..didnt realize my soup wasnt in the bag either after the second return) check ya bag before you leave folks

I was excited to try this location for the first time. I had high expectations based on it being a Panera. Terrible experience. I thought I beat the rush by ordering before a bunch of people came in. However I waited almost an hour for a cookie and 2 sandwiches. There were multiple sandwiches cooked and just sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to be wrapped up. Employees needed to – but did not – change their gloves on several occasions. Multiple other customers also complained about ordering items on the kiosk that were actually out of stock. Very disappointed. Needs employee training and/or new management. To top it off, they forgot one of my sandwiches.

Order took 30 minutes to be called. By the time it came out they were out of chips, out of the tomato soup we ordered, and we were charged a surcharge on the fruit cup without being notified that was the case. When told about the soup, the manager said none of the other soups would really work but I could replace it with another one. I asked if it could be mac n cheese and she said no. Cool.

Also, we asked if we could get a half sandwich and we’re told yes and then were charged for a full one with half of it wrapped to go. Didn’t realize it until the food came out (finally).

Oh, and we had to ask for wipes to clean our own table.

Big bummer, I was so excited this was coming back. But all 3 times I have gone it had been a huge disappointment. This last time I ordered online and waited about 50 minutes for my order. The last 2 times I waited about 30 minutes for a simple soup and sandwich. Each time something has been missing from my order. I am hesitant to return.

I was excited for this location to reopen or return after closing during Covid, but both times items were left out. After pointing out that I was missing an item, it was insisted that the item was in the bag only for it to still be on the other side of the counter and not bagged. If I didn’t check I would have gotten to work without my sandwich or bed bowl.

Two orders in two nights and each night had items missing from both orders. One sandwich had onions which was customized for NO onions. Was very excited that the new location was in my neighborhood (TownCenter). Won’t be ordering from here again.

The staff is super friendly and warm!! The sandwiches and soups are great, bakery items even better! The place can get crowded but the atmosphere is made better by the staff & great music they play.

We were genuinely excited to have Panera back on this side of town, but after the last two weeks, that excitement has completely evaporated. We’ve gone three times now and every single visit has had incredibly long wait times and a level of disorganization that’s honestly baffling.

Tonight was the final straw. I placed my order at 6:10 PM and didn’t receive it until 7:00 PM — and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. When I asked what was going on, the staff insisted I had “only been waiting five minutes.” I actually had to pull out my receipt to show that it had been just under an hour. Meanwhile, people who arrived and ordered after me got their food, ate, and finished before mine was even started.

At this point, I’m cancelling my Sip Club membership and won’t be returning.
