I Am a Muslim and I ate Pork. Thanks to #Panera garrisonville stafford Virginia . So I ordered salad the first day. I mentioned and took out pork from ingredients I still got served with them, threw them in trash went to bed hungry that night I requested a refund which they did quickly with Panera credit which $15 two different which couldn’t be applied at same time in one order so next day I ordered salad again and even last night talked to customer services about it through email so I ordered two different order because credit scheme they gave me two separate $15 credit which I paid 3 to $6 extra on each order and same I took out ingredients mention not to put pork they again sent me salad with pork , well trash again emailed again this time I got around $40 credit one $5 one $15 and one $20 credit came out of pocket maybe $3 or 4 don’t remember but got receipts online on the app, I ordered something different as they were messing up not following instructions I ordered tuna sandwich well guess what I got served with pork again in Tuna sandwich where and when does tuna sandwich start having pork in them and I accidentally at them without know later tasted something different check there where few pork pieces in them which now I think they did purposely . Will never be eating here again, or refere anyone asked them for compensation for all my spending I did since past few years now I feel like I at port many time eating sandwich or salads their unknowingly, well theynoffeeed me $50 credit God know in how many separate coupons they were gonna I asked them kindly will not be returning to you keep the $50 and I’ll see you guys in court and they think it’s a joke . Very clean and comfortable after a long drive. We mentioned to the manager Alex that the soup was not very hot and he was extremely attentive and wanted to make it right. It was refreshing to meet a manager so caring and courteous. This is definitely our go to stop from now on.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. We ordered a total of eight sandwiches, and three of them were incorrect. To make matters worse, we had to open each one to identify them. I usually visit Panera about twice a week and have come to expect quality service, but this visit was a major letdown.
Since I was passing through the area and not near my usual location, I didn’t think to check the order before leaving because Panera has always gotten my orders right in the past. To add to the frustration, the bagel I ordered wasn’t toasted and was just tossed in the bag with the condiments. I had to return and request it to be toasted.
This experience has left me reconsidering my choice of dining options when I’m away from my regular locations. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service in the future.

Overall, a nice a place and sufficient space .proper for the area. No utensils available at the self service tables. Bathrooms need some cleaning.

Nice, big location right off the exit, convenient when you need a break from traffic. Overall things were fine, but dropped a star because my sandwich was light on the chicken. The Spicy Chicken Dipper was delicious, though.

First time visiting. Went on a Friday night around 8pm; just an hour before closing (there’s a reason why I mentioned this. Read on). Easy and speedy checkout. I used the stand alone-order yourself iPad in the common area. I did not like that they were cleaning as people were ordering and still eating. It’s uncomfortable and unhygienic for that to be happening around people that are still eating. Everything else was superb.

There is so much space for sitting and dinning. They are very quick to serve. And you can always do to go! Super clean and friendly staff. I always have a good experience coming here. Food is always superb!! My fav is the broccoli cheddar soup with bread. Try it!
