Visited 9/17/23 order Avocado egg white cheese spinach on sprouted grain bagel flat. I asked for no cheese & switched to ciabata bun. It was tasty but dry. Next time I’ll add jelly. Nice atmosphere and great customer service.

Nice layout with plenty of spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Staff here seemed a bit cold and reserved. Restrooms were filthy and smelled of urine. The team preparing the food was not wearing any hair nets or hats which is a food safety violation. Slow to get order out.

I waited 8 minutes at the window, paid $15 for a grilled cheese sandwich and small soup just for them to burn the cheese and the bread. It seemed like cheap American slice too nothing gourmet about it. The young lady at the window wasn’t friendly at all. This location is lacking.

Every time I come to the location they are out of something. Whether it be bagels or cookies. It doesn’t matter what day of the week either. They should plan better so that they have things in stock.
