Visited 10/24/25 I ordered the Chicken Bacon Rancher Sandwich. It was okay, I couldn’t taste the bacon. The second option was the Harvest Medley Chicken salad No feta. This is clear on the receipt. The first salad that was given to me had feta cheese. When I ask an employee to re-make the salad, she gave me a dead look then said okay then re- made the salad. It was good. The other two meals on a receipt the person enjoyed it.

From the food to the people at this location I love it all!
I got the French dip steak n cheese with the cheddar broccoli soup with some chips and a Mountain Dew. Everything was made perfectly they forgot my chips but when I mentioned it they apologized with a smile and gave me two bags. Excellent service excellent food. Calm peaceful eating area.

Fredericksburg Gutter and Lawn
Absolutely fantastic lunch experience at Panera Bread today! I ordered the BBQ Smokehouse Chicken sandwich, and it was truly top-notch. The chicken was tender, the BBQ sauce was perfectly balanced, and the whole sandwich was just bursting with flavor. My wife’s salad was equally impressive – incredibly fresh and crisp, clearly made with the highest quality ingredients.
Beyond the delicious food, the dining room was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The employees were all incredibly helpful and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. And, of course, everything was served at the perfect temperature – my hot sandwich was piping hot, and my wife’s salad was refreshingly cold and crispy.
This Panera location definitely deserves a full five stars. We’ll be back soon!

Alex and Leah are awesome. They are so helpful and patient. I came through the drive-thru during a busy Saturday lunch rush with a complicated large order and they never rushed me or got frustrated. They were very accommodating. Amazing service. You really don’t see that a lot. Panera you are lucky to have these two on your team!

The location and the restaurant itself are great. Clean dining area and friendly, efficient, staff. Food was ready pretty quick. My only complaint is the sandwich. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. The filling was minimal, and the “sandwich” was mostly bread. I expected it to resemble the picture at least somewhat, but I was disappointed. Not worth the price. Kudos to the staff, though. They were friendly and welcoming:)

This Panera went over and beyond. My baby grand (almost 3) wanted the steel-cut oatmeal with strawberries and pecans and a green smoothie. My daughter-in-law wanted the Asiago bagel sandwich. Online said they were out of that bagel. I called and was greeted by the manager. He had one left and said that he would hold it for my order. I immediately ordered and then called. The order was filled (along with other sweets from the bakery I ordered for them). This manager and this location made my day!! Thank you!

I normally eat at this location often. Today I ordered a 1/2 tuna and a cup of soup. The sandwhich had soggy lettuce, made upside down (lettuce, tomato, tuna from bottom to top), and it was sloppy (tomatoes stacked in center, glob of tuna on center not spread out). I come here for the attention to detail and the caliber of food.

This is the only Panera Bread I’ve ever ordered from, so I have no comparison but take out was delivered very fast.
Food was good. We ordered Margherita pizza, Mediterranean sandwich, broccoli Mac and cheese, raspberry iced tea, and berries smoothie. Everything was really good. I’m personally a fan of their broccoli Mac and cheese and smoothies. I wish they had a few other vegetarian options, but I guess compared to other chain restaurants it’s not that bad.
I think it’s a good place for relatively cheap lunch.

March Eight
Came in to the restaurant to have nice cozy dinner in 27 degrees cold weather and asked for dine in not carry out and was still given food in a paper bag as carry out. Asked why is not for dine in person from the kitchen said oh we don’t have any trays when the restaurant had no more than 12 people sitting down and eating.
Got my bag sat down to eat and the cashier comes over with the broom and starts cleaning right next to me and I’m eating she hitting my chair with the broom.
Absolutely didn’t enjoy my dinner!!!!
Will not be coming back to this location for sure.

Went at 2 pm on a weekend. Ordered 2 pastries and hot drinks. Had to several minutrs for cashier and had to wait 7 minutes for cold pastries to be plated.
