Stopped here for lunch and to meet up with a friend halfway. It wasn’t busy for a 11:30am lunch. It was clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Good location with plenty of parking. They provide curb side pick-up which is convenient. I usually order the same entree (Pick-2). My chipotle chicken avocado sandwich was more of the burnt side and didn’t have that real kick of the chipotle which I’ve previously had other Paneras. If it was so windy it would have been nice to sit outside which there are plenty of spots to sit and people watch.

Not a bad Panera location, though it can get a little crowded through the morning rush. The lobby is spacious, the self service stations are easily accessible, and the service overall was quite prompt. They also have a pretty good setup for curbside pick up for ordering ahead.

Prices are a tad high, food is great, very convenient, great location. The way their service monitors indicate that your order is ready to be picked up, even though it’s nowhere near ready always makes me sad. The workers are extremely nice however. One of the Cleanest Stores on the east coast. Soups and Drinks always hot. The closing Staff Amazing, Kind and Friendly. The Staff keeps the Store Stocked and Spotless. The weekend on a Saturday afternoon it will be busy Probably because of a Weekend flow of traffic. Overall a Good Customer Experience.

This is absolutely the best Panera in the area. I have never seen them get a food order wrong (only one drink delivery order), and I come to this Panera a lot. The staff are also excellent (especially Clara, the morning-early afternoon weekday team lead). Although it can get crowded in the mornings, which does slow them down.

Don’t order delivery from this store if you can help it. For whatever reason they are terrible at getting orders correct. Over 60% of my orders have at least one error in them which is an insane quality control problem considering my orders normally only have 3-4 items in them. All of the other paneras in the area are much much better at getting orders correct.

Now open for dining in, this is a good place to take a break from shopping and get out of the heat. Tables are marked for social distancing. My turkey and avocado sandwich was really good, but next time I’ll order half a sandwich if I’m going to also order soup. The cheddar and broccoli soup was thick and delicious. Their pastries are excellent, especially the bear claws.
