I’ve been to many many Panera Bread cafes and I believe this one is the best yet. Love the openness of the cafe and the seating. It feels roomy but also very welcoming. I loved seeing families eat together and have a good time as well – this Panera is in a great location.The staff was helpful, kind and professional. Got the Autumn Soup and 1/2 tuna salad sandwich w/ a plain bagel and cream cheese.

I live right next to this panera. I have mixed feelings for the place. The staff is great top notch. No complaints on them.
Its dated and looks like the last it was updated was around 2010, which yes belive it or not is now 15 years ago. Also, you should see tge number of rats running outside, not inside but was its crazy the number that run around the building.
Food, id rather just not go there. Used to be great but the quality is more processed it taste and the sandwiches are so disapointing. I got the bbq chicken sandwich and it was maybe 5 bites till I got to any chicken, maybe amount of a chicken nugget? . Soups good but its clearly from a bag. Im good on not earing here. Iced coffee is absolutly terrible and sucks too.
Pick up for online orders is so confusing. I dont want to wait for someone, just grab and go. But you have to wait for a staff member who’s running around super busy.
Place needs alot of love.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Panera for a long time, and I regularly order your Broccoli Cheddar Soup—it’s always been one of my favorites. However, my most recent order was extremely disappointing. The soup had a strange taste and texture, almost as if it was made from the last remnants of the batch. It was off enough that I couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away.
I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed, especially given how much I usually enjoy your food. I hope this was just a one-off issue, but it really left a bad impression.

This Panera location is awesome! I’m a sip club member and enjoy starting my morning with the employee’s, Sarah always is smiling and is so sweet. The second Sarah is also very kind, and lastly Aleah always has a great attitude! Thanks so much Panera keep up the good work!

So I frequent three different Panera‘s. This is by far my favorite one. There are so many employees that are just so great, Sarah, Jasmine, Nathan, Ashley, Leo,Thalia, Urooj and Nicholas. Their customer service is amazing, it is always clean in there and I just enjoy going to this one more than the others. I’ve never had an issue with the food and I always know when I go there that I’m gonna get good service and a nice meal.

I’m a Sip Club member and go to a number of Panera locations for coffee and iced coffee, but this location by FAR has the WORST iced coffee. I’ve now tried it 3x and beyond disappointed every time. It tastes like coffee-flavored water. I think their employees must have the recipe wrong or something because it’s undrinkable. It’s basically the same color as the ice tea or lighter. I tried taking some pictures for reference but I probably should’ve poured more to get the full effect.

Every time we have ordered from them we were missing something. Two salads that we ordered tonight both were missing dressings. Their answer was, they will give us $18 credit on our next order. So we do not have dinner and they think we are going to order from them again, absolutely not.

I ordered the chicken Chipotle sandwich online and went to pick it up. However, they made the sandwich with a different type of bread that I didn’t like. They also didn’t have the courtesy to inform me about what ingredients they had or didn’t have. The sandwich was soggy and didn’t taste good. The bread was too soft. They really need to improve their service.

Always love eating at Panera and this one didn’t make any mistakes like the few others I’ve been to. Everything was made just the way I wanted and was made quickly too. Parking isn’t great but the restaurant is very nice on the inside. Lemonade is good. Lots of seating with outlets on the floor.

Update for COVID 19 – there is social distancing inside. And they added more patio space. The patio is awesome.
