I’m honestly not a big Panera customer, but this semi-nutritious food keeps my teenagers alive. Between high school, sports and babysitting gigs, I think they’re there 5-6 times a week. There was a mixup with a large order I placed on the app today and Jon, one of the managers, very graciously helped me make sure I wasn’t letting 20 teenage tennis players down. I appreciate creative problem-solving and I’m happy to continue doing business with a company that owns its mistakes.

This is my second time ordering curbside at this location. The first time my order never came out so I had to go inside to get it. Second time, it’s been 15 minutes after receiving the ready notification which totals 25 minutes of waiting for a bagel and parfait. Looks like I’ll have to go inside again which normally I would but I ordered curbside for a reason and if offered shouldn’t be inconvenienced. Disappointed.

It was a fine experience. Nothing was wrong and we barely interacted with any employees because we used the kiosk to order. Prices felt a little high, especially for the kids’ Mac and cheese which was super small. Overall no real complaints.

I ordered the Pick 2 Half Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and Toasted Frontega Chicken. Everything was good but my bag of chips was opened already which I was mad at because I was looking forward to it. Otherwise then that, the service was speedy and the food was delicious.

This place makes me want to scream. You pay a service fee, delivery fee, driver tip just to have food delivered to you…and you don’t get the drink that you are paying a monthly subscription for. This has happened so many times that I felt the need to finally address it. My receipt is always clearly checked off for a drink (example shown) that never comes. Whatever delivery method that’s going on at this particular location clearly does not work.

I typically enjoy Panera but this was the second time at this location the food was not right and was pretty terrible. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. It is supposed to have chicken, avocados, peppers, gouda cheese and Cilantro and sauce. I also added pickled onions and tomatoes to it and extra chipotle sauce. When I got the sandwich home it had barely any chicken and a tomato on it..no avocado, cheese, chipotle sauce, peppers or onions. It was a terrible sandwich and hard to believe I paid over $10 and waited 25 minutes to get it.

I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years. The last several times I picked up my lunch order, something was wrong (missing items usually). I complained to the manager as the receipt says I should, but they just say “sorry, we are busy” and that’s it.
