The location I visited was very nice with fireplace and lots of places to relax, read, study, etc. while you ate.

Alyssa is the kindest and sweetest Panera employee I have ever met. I made a mistake with my order, came back into the restaurant and asked for assistance. Alyssa rectified MY mistake within 5 minutes and at no charge to me. This kind of customer service is no longer common, however, I am grateful to have had such a pleasant experience at Panera because of Alyssa’s kind heart. Thank you!

I just came-back from Panera Bread from this location. I was amazed from the service Griselda provided for me. I used to come regularly but did not registered as member. She times to explain and helped me to register. I want to acknowledge her kindness and support. I really appreciate the service there: from the foods to the staffs.

All around negative experience with the Panera brand. Not sure the management and staff at this location care much about the guest experience. Wait times for drinks are in excess of 15 minutes, if someone accidentally takes your order the staff really don’t care unless you approach the register. Usually people are trained to ensure the customers are happy and are engaged with them to make sure they get what they ordered. In this location you are basically invisible as a customer. Given the other many customer complaints about service, Panera doesn’t seem to think much of their store experiences either.

The food was to standard as usual- yummy with fresh ingredients. I’m rating 5 stars now based on the customer service provided by manager. I didn’t catch her name. I ordered for delivery and before my ordered arrived, she called to inform me of the discrepency AND offered a solution. I really appreciate this type of customer service! It’s seldom initiated without some kind of motivation from customer complaints. Thank you guys for the stellar service!

Mainly on the left side and restrooms in the back, also outside seating is available. The manager is a nice helpful guy, thanks for keeping this Panera Bread clean and welcoming. I am pleased with my meal , chicken Masala it was good portion for one sizing, and half sandwich was decent. I recommend eating here.

Updated 12/9/2021: once again my order didn’t arrive according to description. See picture showing what looks like pickled onions which were missed while scraping them off; furthermore, I didn’t taste the horseradish sauce because it was likely with the onions that were scraped off. The good news is I spoke with the manager and she was polite and extremely embarrassed by her workers product. I have upgraded to 2 stars based on the professionalism of the manager. I will be giving Panera another chance tonight to increase it to 3 Stars.

I thought: one time was a fluke; two times, I am unlucky; three times, I am really unlucky; four times, it’s systemic: finally, five times, I am an idiot for ordering X-meat expecting something resembling extra-meat. This place is pathetic, they fire the order out the door knowing, who’s going to bring it back and complain? Furthermore, this issue is spreading to Paneras all over the east coast. Order from your local sandwich shop and stop giving this cooperation money for an inferior product.

Quick and convenient when you order ahead for pickup. Can sometimes be crowded, but staff are able to get things cooked and out to guests quickly. Our family really loves the desserts and kids menu.

We just ordered from this Panera Bread and had our food delivered. I got the half chipotle chicken avocado melt. It was the most ridiculous sandwich I’ve ever gotten. Instead of slicing the avocado and placing it in the sandwich they placed a huge chunk in there. I attached a picture so you can see how little this makes sense. I’ve gotten this sandwich before and it’s never come like this. AND the avocado was hard and rubbery. My homestyle chicken noodle soup wasn’t any better. It was way too salty. And i like salt but this was too much by far. Anyway, we’ll never go back.
