We just ordered from this Panera Bread and had our food delivered. I got the half chipotle chicken avocado melt. It was the most ridiculous sandwich I’ve ever gotten. Instead of slicing the avocado and placing it in the sandwich they placed a huge chunk in there. I attached a picture so you can see how little this makes sense. I’ve gotten this sandwich before and it’s never come like this. AND the avocado was hard and rubbery. My homestyle chicken noodle soup wasn’t any better. It was way too salty. And i like salt but this was too much by far. Anyway, we’ll never go back.

I had the best experience at this Panera! When ordering, the Cashier, Ariyana was so friendly, accommodating, patient, and helpful and did it all with a smile. That’s what good customer service looks like! The restaurant was very clean, and the food was delicious.

I am a sip club member, so I scanned my card and the at the cashier (Kathy) asked me if that really was my name. I had never seen her before so I did not understand why would she ask that. I asked for a cup for water and she refused to give it to me. She wanted me to pay for it. I asked to speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor was just as condescending. She gave me the cup but ask me to prove her that I was filling it up only with water. Disgustingly discriminatory. I will take my business elsewhere.

The manager Andrea was extremely rude. I ordered a caramel latte and had to wait for 20 mins waiting and then when i asked about my order she told me the latte machine broke down. when i spoke with the cashier lady that my order is taking too long she called Andrea again and she literally started shouting at my face like i was the one who did something wrong. she was very rude and unprofessional with zero customer service skills. I suspect it might be a racial thing because i am Arab and i have an Arabic name. anyways i will never come back to this panera and would rather drive the extra 5 miles to go to the next one.

Updated 12/9/2021: once again my order didn’t arrive according to description. See picture showing what looks like pickled onions which were missed while scraping them off; furthermore, I didn’t taste the horseradish sauce because it was likely with the onions that were scraped off. The good news is I spoke with the manager and she was polite and extremely embarrassed by her workers product. I have upgraded to 2 stars based on the professionalism of the manager. I will be giving Panera another chance tonight to increase it to 3 Stars.

In the past year I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt.. First there was a long curly hair in my salad. Then my rapid pick up order was stolen within minutes of me getting there. Next my order had specific simple instructions that were clearly ignored. Lastly order stolen again!!! I completely understand it is of no fault that the stolen food from the shelf is not completely their fault however, it should be monitered more closely. Waiting 35 more minutes to repeat an order that originally only took 8 minutes is ridiculous!!! I won’t give this location another try unless they fix all these issues!! I tried!

I’m disappointed. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but Panera has changed so much. I tried the new Mozzarella and Pepperoni sandwich. Even though it’s advertised as a “Pick 2” there is only $1 off the sandwich and full price for the soup. They should stop advertising this deal if they really don’t have it anymore. 2 sandwiches, 1 small soup and 1 basic salad without meat were $45. That’s ridiculous! I loved the soup, and my hubby liked his salad. My sandwich was way too large, so have him half and he had his steak sandwich. My sandwich was okay, though the pepperoni and the cheese were in clumbs. He liked his. And my pecan braid was dry and didn’t taste fresh. Overall, we agree this was not worth what we paid for. We could have went to Jason’s Deli, had better food of the same quality, and paid less for it. Disappointing. Won’t be back again for a while to give things time to change…
