It’s a Panera. Grossly overpriced but the sandwich was good. The Mac and cheese was nice. Service was excellent and friendly. Manager came out and chatted with us. Store was clean and orderly. Should be all those things given the ridiculous price. Food was good for fast food.

I recently visited Panera in Lorton, VA. I stopped before the autotrain to Sanford Florida. The manager TK Flores-Marquez was exceptional. I observed him cleaning tables and engaging with customers. He was stopping by tables and basically attending to their every need. My personal experience was over the top customer service. The food was good and the environment was very clean. TK was a stand out.. fan favorite amongst the coworkers and the customers. Please recognize him and his store for excellence!

I looked forward to eating here, but have not done so in years. I was really disappointed. The food tasted good, but the portions were small. Photos show a full bowl of soup. I received a half. Mens bathroom was the dirtiest I’ve seen! Not up to Panera standards of old. Rusted trash can. Papers on the floor. Cleanliness is such a simple concept.

I had my order messed up twice before this experience so I was hoping things had gotten better but no. The drive thru cashier handed me my drink with the lid not on and it spilled on my pants however I got to see there was a bug in my drink due to this accident. The bug was on my pants. Then the bagel I ordered smelled very bad. Really stinky smell like maybe it was tainted with something. It smelled it before I put it in my mouth, thank goodness. I will never eat here again. They need to do a better job screening their employees. Regular food handler’s refresher training recommended.

I’m from NC and was just passing through town. The restaurant was very clean, the food was good, but the real gem of this location is Francis. He was so welcoming, helpful, and just an all around joy. I don’t usually write a lot of reviews, but I had to hype Francis up because he was a complete delight.

Francis at the Panera near the Lorton train station was wonderful. I had to wait a few hours, and he stayed friendly and helpful the whole time. It’s people like Francis who can make or break a person’s day, especially during stressful travel.

Today would be my unforgettable day with Panera Bread here. I drove the long way from the North and I was visiting by the store to get some rest. I went there and left without my purse. When I drove back for some period of the time then I noticed that I didn’t see my purse. I was panicked and couldn’t even remember the name of city I visited by. I was out of the blue. Then I searched all Panera bread nearby but not the exact one I visited. I got the help from the a staff from different Panera bread and told me this store. I went there and checked the place I left but nothing found. When I ran back the manager of the store handed me my purse and he told me that he tried to look for me online but couldn’t find it. He told me the staff Francis found that and gave it to him. Both of them said “ God bless you” when I was driving back to here to keep praying to the God. I was so touched by the experience and the staffs here are so friendly and nice which made me so touched also brought more chips here. This experience that I won’t even forget in my life. Thanks everyone and thanks God. I really appreciated! Highly recommended not only the food but the people here are amazing!
