I placed an order but my name never showed up on the screen, so I went and asked what was going on and if they can see my name and my order on the system. This has never happened before. So, I asked an employee and she couldn’t see my name and called the manager (bald guy). I explained to the guy what happened and he said that he can’t see my name in the system therefore they can’t make my order. Now, I understand that but I showed him the transaction and he asked for confirmation email, I told him that I didn’t get one because I am not a member. He then proceeded saying that he will make my order because I am wasting his time? Really? What about my time? (Finals day) Is it my fault that their system doesn’t work properly? Anyways, I left afterwards and disputed the transaction. I also asked other students and said that this has happened to them as well. So they should either fix their system or fix their attitude.

This Panera Bread never follows instructions on customizations through Starship App. This is literally the 5th time that they either don’t follow the customization request (make it regularly) or get it completely wrong as if they don’t know the ingredients in their own sandwiches. I’m literally asking for two things to be removed, but they either make it normally or remove everything other than the bread and protein.

Earlier I had given this 5 stars, but sorry, it’s not the same anymore. Lousy, late service (the screen shows it’s prepared, you get a message saying it’s prepared; but you’ve to wait an extra 5 mins). No customizations followed, although I paid extra for the same. The package was not even sealed properly.

The gentleman refused to provide me a proper cup and lid for my water. I have the sip club but he was inconsiderate and replied “no” and handed me a duplicate cup I already had in my hand.

Half the time I order here they put bacon on the thing I order and I have to throw my food out (dietary restrictions). I order an egg and cheese and they just add bacon without me asking over and over again. Happens ordering through starship and in person.

Terrible customer service and extremely long waits. I asked one of the employees(middle aged hispanic woman) if My order was ready because it was taking a long time and she snapped at me and said “your order is coming!”. How does she know that since I didn’t even give her my name?
