So I ordered a family size soup for me and my boyfriend and it was supposed to come with a baguette. I saw 2 fresh loafs in the front. They rudely kept telling me they didn’t have any left when it was clearly a lie. Lazy employees, upsetting I didn’t get what I paid for because of laziness. – no offer for substitutions whatsoever as well. Overall terrible service

I ordered one cold brew coffee and waited 15 minutes for it to come out. These days, it takes too long for our food come out and staff lately have been a bit rude. It once took about 28 minutes during a non lunch rush hour time. Our recent past orders have been wrong consistently too. Ive been to other Paneras in the area that dont have this problem. Food is good, but service needs much improvement.

I have had multiple negative experiences with Panera Bread and I can no longer recommend this restaurant. Every time I have had an order delivered, there has been something missing from my order. When I have called to inquire, the manager has always been extremely rude and unhelpful.
