Service was terrible. We payed for full sandwiches, and only got half on all of them, that too one being completely frozen. We payed 30 dollars for for 4 sandwiches, which we only got a quarter of a sandwich in 4 bags. Lady yelled at the kids next to us, and was completely a terrible customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I definitely DO NOT recommend coming here.

Food is always good. People preparing food never friendly and call out your name likes it’s a chore and you are bothering them. People taking orders are very slow, unfriendly and clueless. Maybe more training before putting these people on register. The Panera just needs a management overhaul and customer service training.

Was warned not to go there for dinner shift. Turned out to be true. Cashier screwed up order, girl handling food at pickup area was nasty and very rude. Full size smoked buffalo chicken sandwich barely had any chicken on it at all. Pathetic for the price. Unfriendly atmosphere. Will never go back to that location.

The employees here are always very pleasant. Although the line at lunch time was very long, it was well worth the wait. The staff preparing the food was really hustling to keep the line moving, so no one was waiting for their food for an extensive period of time. I was very pleased with how hospitable the staff members were at this location. Everyone from the cashier to the food prep workers were very nice and respectful. I visited on Sunday, August 14, 2022. My daughter was especially fond of the macaroni and cheese, the turkey and cheese sandwich, and the yogurt pouches that came with her meal. That says a lot because my daughter can sometimes be picky (she’s a toddler). I wanted to recognize the staff with this review to let them know they are doing a fantastic job!
