We had our breakfast here on our way to Hershey Park. Like other Panera Breads, the portions are small. The quality of food was great especially the Avocado Chicken sandwich. The egg and cheese was good. For bagel and cream cheese, one of our toasts was over toasted which we were given a new one kindly. The Panera Creemchesse tasted more delicious than the regular Philly cream cheese. It was clean, quiet and relaxing and made our whole day memorable. Thanks Panera.

We stopped by for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Grace…in ASL, our home language when she noticed we were signing. Even though the restaurant was busy at the time, she took the time to make sure our order was correct and that we were satisfied. Thank you, Grace! We appreciate you!!

The new Choclate Coconut Macaroon was behind a Good Feast label, and I asked for it, and point to it specifically saying “I just want that one” and was told I had to pick 6 Good Feast rolls junk at $20+. I had no idea what he was talking about. I tried to say that’s not what I’m asking for I “just want that one” pointing to the Macaroon, and became frustrated. The guy behind the counter, Q something, started arguing under his breath about “so it’s going to be that way” or something. I was embarrassed and not wanting to cause a scene so I just paid for and took the blasted box that I had specifically said I didn’t want and left. I will NEVER come here again. Horrible experience.

Nora was amazing excellent customer service and taste in coffee drinks. She made an amazing dirty chai and was kindly patient when I was deciding what to order/recommended really great options. She is great to the team and am happy with my interaction with her!

order for Rapid Pick-Up was not on shelf, which is unfortunately usual for this location. Instead an older bald man wearing ear buds kept screaming at me “what do you want?! What your name?!” He clearly did not comprehend my replies because he was wearing ear buds, yet somehow he seemed unaware it would affect his hearing, so he just walked away in a huff. Very unprofessional and unpleasant behavior that makes me hesitant to give my business to panera again. Contacted their online feedback, absolutely no response.

I have always ordered carry out here and it’s been great. Typical quick bite, fast food chain with some healthier options. With that being said – your expectations should be just that. Today I ordered delivery through their website and it was smooth sailing. The soup was still hot upon arrival (as it should be) and their new Caprese melt was good. Delivery driver was super pleasant as well.

Panera has been going downhill for years. This isn’t new. Overpriced and always something missing, especially if you order to-go. Usually still hungry after meals because their portions are insanely small. Nearly always a long wait.

The White Miche at your location is always overbaked and the ciabattas are far too small. I shouldn’t have to drive to another store just to get bread baked correctly. If your baker can’t do it properly, then the manager must step in and fix this problem immediately.
