We had our breakfast here on our way to Hershey Park. Like other Panera Breads, the portions are small. The quality of food was great especially the Avocado Chicken sandwich. The egg and cheese was good. For bagel and cream cheese, one of our toasts was over toasted which we were given a new one kindly. The Panera Creemchesse tasted more delicious than the regular Philly cream cheese. It was clean, quiet and relaxing and made our whole day memorable. Thanks Panera.

I have always ordered carry out here and it’s been great. Typical quick bite, fast food chain with some healthier options. With that being said – your expectations should be just that. Today I ordered delivery through their website and it was smooth sailing. The soup was still hot upon arrival (as it should be) and their new Caprese melt was good. Delivery driver was super pleasant as well.

My cashier name was Angel. He acted like a robot the whole time. So I had to say hi, order my croissant which it was cold and pay. He didn’t talk, he didn’t ask any questions. If they need to hire more people at least need to make sure cashier can make communications with people.

Absolutely worse experience I ever had from a Panera. Ordered online 5 bacon egg sandwiches, pick them up and when I get home NO bacon on any of the sandwiches. So I called and asked what can be done “we’ll make you new sandwiches” they said. I get there and all I got was a cup of bacon, no apologies just a cup of bacon. Absolutely garbage management skills from the manager there, no even an apology.

Taste was good. The presentation was poor. The service was very poor. This facility is also the only Panera that I’ve ever seen that does not have kiosks and smart tables. Fortunately this is the only overall bad experience that I’ve ever had at any of almost a dozen Panera restaurants.
