Reviews
This location doesn’t have in-store kiosks but you can still do mobile orders from the app. This location is relatively clean but there were some tables needed to be wiped down.
The staff here were efficient and friendly and this store had a great inventory of all your Panera Bread favorites.
This store is located in a major shopping center which makes it a convenient stop during a shopping trip. There is plenty of free parking in the free parking lot. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
The newer and newest locations include drive-thru options. However, Panera has built its legacy upon the “home away from home”, cozy interior atmosphere. They’re the first (to the best of my knowledge) national franchise restaurant that offered FREE wifi, inviting you to take your time and stay awhile. I used to spend hours at the legacy location in Moorestown, NJ, for the food, warm atmosphere and good internet access that I didn’t have at home at the time.
They’ve always been, and continue to be, a great option for small business meetings, family gatherings and hanging with friends. I’ve made a lifetime of good memories in Panera Bread booths… ❤️
(see photo). All items were tasty. We have patronized this Panera location for several years. Service can be spotty and tends to depend on a manager being present around the service counter. Absent mgr presence and staff is busy chatting with themselves and thus slower service. Cleanliness of tables and booths tends to depend who is working that area. We often have to clean our booth/table before sitting. Overall I would say that one gets tasty food at affordable prices and they do have a rewards program.

This location is fine and this is not a review on the workers, but on Panera as a whole. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging this much money for literally a handful of salad.
This place is a disaster.
12.10 24 Ladies’ toilet disgustingly dirty early in the day.
July 2024: Customer for 15 years &, disappointingly, have experienced multiple instances over the past year of poor service. Notably, the short, stocky, blonde haired female who is quite mouthy. Today at bakery she loudly told the other person (who is lovely) “why don’t you just quit?” Then repeated it again in front of multiple customers. The other person just ignored her & waited on customers, apologizing for the wait. Inappropriate, rude behavior which is often encountered with this person. Seemed to have a beef with the short guy (manager?) who also ignored her. The other Ritchie Hwy Panera is better managed with kind, professional team.
