Decent Panera Bread location that offers a large capacity of seating options- including outdoor seating, to eat or work on laptops.

This location doesn’t have in-store kiosks but you can still do mobile orders from the app. This location is relatively clean but there were some tables needed to be wiped down.

The staff here were efficient and friendly and this store had a great inventory of all your Panera Bread favorites.

This store is located in a major shopping center which makes it a convenient stop during a shopping trip. There is plenty of free parking in the free parking lot. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Seems like a nice Panera – coffee was strong, which I appreciate. It’s dated, but didn’t seem dirty. 9am on a Thursday is very quiet.

This is a wonderful place I enjoy visiting often, usually 1-3 times a week. However, tonight’s experience was a bit disappointing. I picked up a mobile order at 8:30pm., which included a bacon turkey bravo sandwich, a large sweet tea, and some broccoli cheddar soup. When I arrived, they mentioned they were out of sweet tea, so I easily accepted a Sprite instead. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized they had only given me a regular turkey bravo sandwich without bacon and no extra cheese. I paid extra for the bacon and cheese. A refund or a complementary replacement would be appreciated. Despite this hiccup, I still think it’s a fantastic place, and I plan to keep coming back for their delicious food.

First of all, the workers here are extremely rude, Everytime I have been here I have had an awful experience. Second of all, there was a hair in my Mac and cheese, the pasta was undercooked (did not want al dente), and I asked for extra bread and was only given one piece. It’s a pain to get your order fixed with the line being a mile long. Last time I was here they gave me the wrong soup and acted like it was my fault. Never coming back.

Yet, another AWESOME PB legacy location. Ample interior seating, especially booths with cushioned seats. Great people and service, as always!

The newer and newest locations include drive-thru options. However, Panera has built its legacy upon the “home away from home”, cozy interior atmosphere. They’re the first (to the best of my knowledge) national franchise restaurant that offered FREE wifi, inviting you to take your time and stay awhile. I used to spend hours at the legacy location in Moorestown, NJ, for the food, warm atmosphere and good internet access that I didn’t have at home at the time.

They’ve always been, and continue to be, a great option for small business meetings, family gatherings and hanging with friends. I’ve made a lifetime of good memories in Panera Bread booths… ❤️

Good food at reasonable prices. As a vegetarian I had their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich as a “You Pick 2” with the tomato bisque soup. My wife had one of the newer options of the Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich and the Ranch Cobb salad.
(see photo). All items were tasty. We have patronized this Panera location for several years. Service can be spotty and tends to depend on a manager being present around the service counter. Absent mgr presence and staff is busy chatting with themselves and thus slower service. Cleanliness of tables and booths tends to depend who is working that area. We often have to clean our booth/table before sitting. Overall I would say that one gets tasty food at affordable prices and they do have a rewards program.

I hadn’t been here in a while and when I did come back, I was terribly disappointed. The sandwich was totally different and tasteless. The chai tea latte tasted like hot water. I’m done. Never coming back!!!

The price for the portion of a salad you get is an absolute crime against humanity. The base price of the salad I ordered was $9 for a half size. After adding 2 customized item to it, it was $12. The salad can literally fit in the palm of my hand. It barely fills up half the size of the container it’s in.

This location is fine and this is not a review on the workers, but on Panera as a whole. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging this much money for literally a handful of salad.

12.17.24 Only “crunch” bagels available today. No other bagels available.
This place is a disaster.

12.10 24 Ladies’ toilet disgustingly dirty early in the day.

July 2024: Customer for 15 years &, disappointingly, have experienced multiple instances over the past year of poor service. Notably, the short, stocky, blonde haired female who is quite mouthy. Today at bakery she loudly told the other person (who is lovely) “why don’t you just quit?” Then repeated it again in front of multiple customers. The other person just ignored her & waited on customers, apologizing for the wait. Inappropriate, rude behavior which is often encountered with this person. Seemed to have a beef with the short guy (manager?) who also ignored her. The other Ritchie Hwy Panera is better managed with kind, professional team.

Ordered the pick 2. The sesame Asian salad (without chicken)was delicious and a large portion. The dressing was light and refreshing. The Mediterranean sandwich was good. A little skimpy because I ordered without feta. I Wish I had ask for extra hummus. Everyone was social distancing and employees were wearing mask. The place was spotless and constantly being cleaned. Will definitely go again.
