This Panera Location was okay, the food was fine, but had a couple issues. The Mac and Cheese was a little bit too runny and the Grilled Cheese was very underdone and had too much cheese. Wifi here was also a little bit spotty.

You can order coffee without talking to a human! As soon as you walk in there is a self-checkout system. This is now my favorite place to study in the morning. It’s clean (obviously, it just opened) and the people are friendly enough. The interior is nicely laid out. Plenty of plugs for computers or phone charging. Some outdoor seating but it’s in what I assume will be an industrial park so the view is meh.

not a regular of panera but will be after this visit. had been craving lobster roll and unexpectedly found them here. very good, a lot of lobster for a reasonable price (for lobster rolls, about $22 at time of posting). the charged lemonade was a bit too acidic for my liking, but there were plenty of other drink options. highly recommend

Always a great place to hang. Clean. Quality. Expansive menu. WiFi. Fireplace! Good music. Even if relaxing pop. Easy access to airport and Thruway. Minimal traffic in area. Feels safe and almost rural. Staff is very helpful. Don’t want to leave but flight home is coming up.

Food was hot and fresh, sad part was we waited 36 minutes for it. Not sure if it was short staffed or they just over looked our order. Once I told the server in the back, she made it right away. This location is less then a mile to me. Love that the Location is convenient.

Kitchen staff socializing so much with each other they’re not paying attention to waiting customers. The dude ran his mouth so loud he placed several orders on the counter without calling out the name or order number. Another staff member noticed after a while and asked folks their name or order num to hand out food. Waited 20mins
