The food was delicious, it came out in a timely manner and everyone was friendly. The restaurant is clean and I have no health concerns going in there. The turkey bacon bravo is delicious and I just got their teriyaki chicken and broccoli rice bowl and that was fantastic.

I like to come here when I’m in the area and work. It is bustling, but I find it similar to white noise so I don’t mind it when I’m doing work on the computer. I like the outlets underneath the booth, and usually I can find a space on weekends or during the day. I love Panera Bread as a whole, and no one bothers me nor is there ever anything so distracting going on that I’m not able to focus. (You can always bring your own headphones too if the background noise bothers you.) They do have a wheelchair ramp to get in and a virtual fireplace. I would highly recommend!

Stopped by on Saturday April 1st to grab lunch. Store was not as clean as it normally is. Crew members preparing food were dropping “F” bombs the entire time I waited. Shocked to see 2 members walk around the corner and smoke while still just a few step away from counter. Food was fine though but definitely won’t go back to this location for awhile.

I got this for my meal and was told that this was “ full”! The grilled cheese macaroni sandwich was literally frozen cold right from the counter. Customer service is terrible. My sons bread bowl was more empty then full. Paid 40 dollars for horrible customer service at a Panera bread! Please due better! This was the Panera bread on Richie highway in Glen burnie md.

Good but not as good. In general, this location keeps the same good quality of the food as others locations. But, my often complaint is the cold coffee, it looks like they don’t care about keeping fresh coffee available.
