After 5/6 years of giving up on Panera bread every time because after eating the salads my stomach felt sick nausea etc I decided to try again yesterday glen Burnie location never again a salad but I did try soup and sandwich I went in for rapid order wasn’t ready I just looked around and there it was a staff with gloves preparing a salad touching the screen adjusted his glasses took about 3 min to straighten out his plastic name tag then wiped off his apron just to continue making the salad with the same gloves never again. Just because you have on gloves don’t mean your hands are clean DO BETTER!!!!!!

I ordered a chicken chipotle with egg and avo but the avo was bad and black, and i also ordered and chocolate croissant but it was already going to get but or it was all cause It was hard to eat .

I gave 4 stars because only because of the Latina ladies was sweetheart. She had no problem making sure that I received the extras I had ordered. She also packaged my items the way I asked event hough her co-worker kept intervening.
Cashier was terribly slow, so the ordering process was slower than desired. The plus was that he remembered to ask me for my member #.

Never in my life have I heard of a quality business just dumping sliced & toasted bagels straight into the paper delivery bag. That’s not sanitary or a representation of good customer service – esp if the food is being transported through Doordash. The manager said this was common practice – this should be a very UNCOMMON practice for Panera Bread regardless of the franchise. Packaging food is for minimizing exposure to the elements – you can afford to put bagels in boxes if I’m paying 30$ for half a dozen

Dirty from the door you walk in.
Cashier : Kendall -don’t have a clue what’s going on. I asked him a simple question if more bread was coming out. He stood there With No clue & said he didn’t know. Normally When you don’t know , you go ask. I told him to ask. The heavy blonde hair lady said More bread is coming but won’t be Hot. I was wondering what that meant. So I guess bread coming out from the oven is not Hot but Cold. I asked Kendall what that meant. He shrugged his shoulders I don’t know. I wonder if he knows what he’s working at.?? Everything was bad in that place. From the time you walk in to the cashier to the another employee, sneezing on a pastry & back.

So, my husband and I stopped at this Panera Bread to grab a quick bite on New Year’s Day morning after our New Year’s Eve celebration. They were only serving three of the six options for soup. After ordering, we found a table and waited for our name to be called. After about ten minutes and no one calling our name, my husband went to check on our order. Apparently, our food had been sitting there even though they didn’t bother to let us know. When my husband asked if they were going to tell us our order was ready, the extremely rude manager said, “your order is ready.” When my husband facetiously said, “thank you” said manager said “your welcome.” Not only was this manager rude, lots of tables were dirty- we had to search for a clean one. The chair was broken – it practically came apart when pulled out to sit on it. Also, there was a “homeless” and “smelly” man sitting in one section, he appeared to be sleeping with his head on the table.We will NEVER eat at this Panera location again. This manager, (older Caucasian man with gray hair) should be fired…not only was he rude to my husband, he acted this way in front of two young male employees. Horrible example of customer service. Eat here at your own risk. P.s. – this was New Year’s Day-if you are this miserable with your job, perhaps you should allow someone else have this job that would be happy to perform their duties well, treating their clientele with great service and most importantly, with RESPECT.

Went to pick up an online order. Did not see my order on the shelf so I went to ask a cashier was very rude about it. Had me waiting for 10 minutes. I had only ordered iced coffee and a kitchen cookie. Once I got my order the coffee was watered down from the ice.

I usually buy broccoli and cheddar soup twice a week there. Today i tried the cheesesteak and the broccoli soup the soup had little tiny bits of the broccoli heads in there hardly any. And the cheesesteak had hardly any meat all it was was red peppers mayonnaise and hardly any meat. The food is usually good today it was horrible
