I will never come back to this Panera bread. They have bread for sandwiches, but they ran out of bread for the side to eat with your soup. They were also rude about it when I asked if they had bread that I could buy that they use for sandwiches.

I come here with a couple of friends every Friday. Every Friday it’s consistently satisfying. I appreciate how Panera has sought to make their food healthier and more natural. I’m less of a fan of the price increases over time. That aside, I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this location.

Love this Waugh Chapel location. Broccoli cheddar to die for and Cobb Salad and that dressing are a wow! I’m adding to it because I am continually impressed by the quality of the food. Apple crisp salad, amazing and today I am trying a new one with strawberries, blueberries, little orange slices and pecans on and on and I add feta!! My daughter did the broccoli cheddar and the I think tomato basil sandwich. All a WOW. Also great room to sit and chill in although today we had to bring it home. Bring your computer to work or a good book! Oh yeah and had to have my mocha!!

Super unprofessional staff. Ignores people at the counter and took over 30 minutes to get my order cause they failed to send it back to the kitchen. The bathroom was also really dirty. The owners family was there and you could tell they were prioritizing looking after their tables to getting the customers orders in. Won’t be returning to this location ever again.

They have no idea how to properly handle food. Food falling on the regular/common counters (counters not designated as areas for food preparation) and being repackaged again. You have to keep you eye on them otherwise your food would be packaged anyhow, not properly sealed and spilling over in the bag

A great Panera location! The thing you really want to know – are there outlets here so you can work? Yes there are! I’ve seen at least 3 or 4 locations where you can plug in. Service is always quick, lines are never too long. Food is regular Panera quality food. They will come clean your table too eventually if you’re working there for a while. See you there!

The fireplace has been broken for months. It’s now winter (when we need it) – and they say they are still waiting on parts.. REALLY?

I ordered tuna with romaine lettuce leaves. I got tuna with chunks of the lettuce head inside! Check the pic. I pulled out 10 chunks from one side of the sandwich.
This panera has always been a hit or miss. Hire mature people to get the job done. I’ll try again next year!
