Ordering online was simple and convenient, and my food was ready quickly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. The food itself was made sloppily, and the fruit cup was far from top‑notch. They were also out of sweet tea, and with the line nearly out the door and the place packed, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to ask about it. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. Overall, fast service but disappointing quality and environment.

I come here pretty frequently and either get mobile pick up or order in store. Every time I’ve gotten food from here it’s been quick, correct and yummy. Whenever I order any of the sandwiches, they make it exactly like I ask for. The employees who work here are also quite nice! Never had any issues here, 10/10!!

I absolutely love this Panera! No matter how busy or slow it is, the staff is consistently kind and welcoming. The manager, in particular, always has a smile on their face and is ready to help with anything. Whether I’m stopping in for a full meal or just a quick coffee, I always leave in a better mood. There are plenty of Paneras in the area, but this one is hands-down the best!

I ordered Cheddar Broccoli soup and received Cream of chicken wild rice soup. The problem is when I called to inform them they gave me the wrong soup they picked the phone up then hung up on me. I will definitely be there tomorrow to speak to the store manager.

I had an amazing experience today thanks to a young man named God’s Will. His energy was on point from the moment I walked in. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. You could tell he takes pride in treating people right. Courteous, patient, and respectful. Employees like him make the whole place feel welcoming. Panera needs more people with his attitude and professionalism. Great job, young king — you made my day better.

Thee slowest location everrrrrr. Ordered online at 557pm. Ready time 642pm. It’s 7pm and I’m still waiting. Cup of soup, half salad and grilled cheese. That’s all. Smh. At 707pm they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be. Requested a refund.

I love this panera. I would go here often because I worked nearby and they truly set the standard for other paneras I go to. The workers are so welcoming and i’ve never had a bad experience here, been coming since 2023 on and off. Only struggle is it’s a hassle to get there without a car, but it is so worth it. I miss eating sandwiches that were actually filled and not glorified pieces of toast like other paneras. Even when they got my order wrong they were so nice about it, fixed everything and even offered me a complimentary drink. 6/5 stars I would defend this place with my life

Took them forever to make it. Even ppl who came in after me had their whole orders ready. Plus this order was placed 10 mins before I got here. For 5 mins I sat in the car just to be safe. Sadly this isn’t the first time.
They knew I was waiting for the order but they put it to the side instead of handing it to me.

Panera is always clutch with good food, plenty of pastry options that look amazing in their displays and free wifi for those that want to have a meeting or work solo. I think I have had more meetings there than gone to just eat but I am always happy after I get a soup and sandwich. The combos are great for the days you don’t want just one thing to eat and the breakfast sandwiches are top notch. Having so many pastry options make it great for the quick fix of hot beverage combo in the morning if your appetite isn’t that large, but all over, you will enjoy it.
This location has ample parking being that it is in the shopping center with many shops close by. How can you not love Panera?
