Sad to say this, but will not be coming back. Not safe; homeless everywhere. Dishes all over the place. I’ve been to many Panera Breads and this one was the worst by far. No kiosk. I’m use to seeing the picture of the sandwiches. And I was missing alot of the stuff I typically put on my ice coffee. Probably because the homeless run wild here.

We ordered delivery from here and they forgot one of our soups (black bean soup) and I found a piece of shredded plastic in the autumn squash soup while eating it. Then the salad had all of the butt ends of the lettuce. I don’t know what’s going on in this store, but I don’t recommend getting food from here. Clearly the staff is not trained on the basics of hygiene, food handling, and lacks the ability to read an order and place the items in a bag before sealing it shut. I will pay all the extra delivery fees just to ensure we never get food from this location ever again.

I had a sandwich and bagel here after meeting up with some friends. I was really confused where to pick up my food after I ordered, because my bagel was in one place and my sandwich was in another. There didn’t seem to be signs for this, and the cashier/server didn’t help either. Luckily I waited at the payment terminal long enough after paying for the cashier to return and give me my receipt, so I was able to match order numbers. This is probably just an issue of me not going to Panera very often, but it could be made a little easier to navigate. The parking lot right in front of the restaurant was overflowing, so I used a nearby affordable parking garage instead.

The price is a bit too steep for the amount and quality of food you get. I think items could be a tad bit cheaper to make it more reasonable OR they can add more meats in the sandwich. I ordered the chicken roma asiago bagel stack ($7.99) and it was a little underwhelming. The “stack” was definitely missing from the sandwich and did not look like what was advertised.
The kitchen sink cookie ($4.89!!) was great, it was even bigger than my bagel sandwich. Definitely recommend it with a glass of milk. Luckily I got it for free in the app, otherwise I don’t think I could justify paying nearly $5.00 for one cookie.
The staff member who helped me was great. He was attentive and had good customer service skills.
Overall, if it weren’t for deals and awards in the app, I wouldn’t buy Panera.

We wanted something a bit light and casual for dinner so we decided to try this Panera bread. Dining experience- need more booths, dirty tables, and dirty floors too. Food – my bread was too hard. Salad lettuce a good crunch but I could use more greens. There was no baked goods at the counter or pastries either. Staff – friendly and quick. Overall, i would not recommend this location.

I ordered a Caesar salad from this Panera Bread location, and the cheese in the salad had a very strong chemical taste. I immediately spat it out and rinsed my mouth several times because it clearly wasn’t normal food flavor.
I later contacted the Poison Control Center, and they said it was likely cleaning residue. Thankfully, I didn’t swallow any and I’m okay now — but this was a very concerning experience.
Please take food safety more seriously and make sure your preparation surfaces and tools are properly rinsed and free of any cleaning chemicals before making food.
