My experience at Panera was very pleasant. I was surprised because it’s a fast-food place, but for the season they have the Harvest Medley Salad and the Autumn Squash Soup, which are super delicious. The salad is new on the menu and very complete with nuts, fruit, arugula, and cheese. I love the combination of sweet and savory, and if you like that combination, this salad has it—very complete and delicious. The soup is also very tasty, taking advantage of the autumn season. The place is very nice, clean, with a very nice atmosphere, moderate noise, and good service! This place is a good option; I recommend it!

I regularly go there for Sunday tarts & orange scone & nut braid. Never had a problem before but this time when the woman was packing my order she got 2 of the pastries from below the counter. Asked why she – said she didn’t want to disturb the display and that those below the counter were just as old as the ones on display. I did NOT like the action nor the response. I feel I may have gotten yesterday’s leftovers.

If establishments are unwilling to enforce health codes that prevent anyone who sees fit bringing an animal that is clearly a pet into an area where people are eating, then we should stop spending our money there. Otherwise a great place. Take a stand and demand your money back if the restaurant is not willing to enforce health codes. Time to stop talking and start doing something about it. The only reason it’s reached this out of control level is because your’re unwilling to.

Went in today to get a chicken avocado sandwich. When I was picking up my food I was happy and asked if the order was mine. The employee said yes and as I’m walking to my table I hear him turn to his co worker and said “she is way too happy to get her chicken avocado sandwich” he was saying it in a rude mocking way. I was only smiling and asking a simple question. When leaving I saw his name tag said “biggy” on it, don’t know if that’s his real name but if so then he shouldn’t be talking and shouldn’t be saying things like that about customers over someone just smiling to go and get their food.

Made an online order on the mobile app. It located on a corner inside the Kentlands Market Square, so it was easy accessible from parking spaces on two sides of the building. My order was waiting on the Rapid Pickup shelves after the time of promise. The pecan braid was good as usual. The hot tea met expectations.

Healthy, fast service, and good location-Kentlands! Food is delicious! Staff are great and efficient,always willing to offer help, place is clean tho we love eating outdoor here like today. Not bad for 34$ if you look at what me and wifey ordered:) bread is always good.

Food is ok, typical Panera. But what makes me sad is how dirty the dining room and especially dirty the outdoor sitting area is. It would not take much effort or cost to power-wash the outdoor sitting area, replace dated outdoor furniture or to clean restrooms doors or to wipe windows and entry doors. It is frustrating to see so poorly managed place in this beautiful community. 1 for service because I consider hygiene part of the service. With that said, staff is nice and polite.
