Solid experience at this location. We ordered on the app; our food came out about 15 minutes later (longer than estimated) but once we got it, all was good. Pizza was hot and tasty, salads were fresh and they didn’t skimp on any ingredients.

This Panera location can be hit and miss. Most recently the chicken in my wife’s fried chicken sandwich was at the borderline of raw/cooked. Picture included. Kitchen needs to adjust their timers.

Really wanted to like this Panera passing through however they have a serious issue with their soda machine. The water tastes like mold, so we went and got a drink cup in hopes of getting something else to drink. Everything from their lemonade to their soda has that underlying taste of mold. Not sure if they need to flush their lines or fix their water filter but it really set us off on our meal

Never really had any issues at this location before, but I don’t go that frequently. Recently ordered a steak and white cheddar sandwich and it had the most flimsy piece of steak on it that barely covered half of the bread. The meat to sandwich ratio was probably like 10%

We came today at around 8:35pm, wanted eat in the restaurant. They gave us packet to go. We said we want to eat In. They forced us to take out because they are going to close by 9pm. Mohammad was ready to service eat In, but the other lady insisted us to take out. There were many people who dining in at that time. My wife was disappointed for disrespecting our plans to eat In.

I placed an order for my family through the Panera app. Two of the breakfast sandwiches were customized. One came correct and the other not. I don’t understand how the receipt has all of the directions but whoever made the sandwich got it completely wrong. I live 15 mins away and had to drive back. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up on orders. I probably should have checked before driving off but I was in a bit of a rush. I called and they said they would prepare another sandwich. So annoyed. The Panera in frederick never gets it wrong.

This WAS my go to panera on my way to work but I have had so many issues that I’ve called and spoke to the manager. She has always credited me or something but enough is enough. Last week was the last time, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches one was missing the egg altogether and the other the sausage. Like how do you miss those two things? I love Panera. This location is the one closest to my house, so my husband and I come between once or twice a week. We usually grab breakfast, mostly to go. The food is always good. I am give four stars because the ice coffee is sometimes out and the service is not always great. We have two issues with the service. Sometimes the cashier didn’t seem to know the food that was offered. When you read word for word on the board what you want, it shouldn’t be a confusing to the cashier. Also, when we do to go food, the food is not on the pick up shelf (after you get the notification that the food is ready). In the mornings, the lines can be long. So having to wait in line, only to find out that your food is sitting in a bag behind the cashier for over 10 minutes is a little frustrating.
