I’m not sure if it’s just this location, or if Panera Bread has just fallen as a franchise. The French baguette piece I had was terrible. It tasted worse than a a take-n-bake loaf from the grocery store. If “bread” is in your name, it needs to be better than this.
And the sliced chicken pieces in my salad were still frozen together.

The only redeeming quality is that it’s still a good place to meet up with people and chat. It has a superior seating area for small to mid sized groups. But if you’re not either meeting up with someone or needing a place to hunker down in a place with Wi-Fi for a few hours, go somewhere else.

My family gets Panera bread sourdough a lot just for the house and it’s always great from here. But that dude Nate, he’s a great looking guy – should honestly be a model instead of working here. Is pretty terrible at his job. Once he forgot about me at drive through and I waited 15 minutes there. Just now I asked him to slice sourdough that I mobile ordered and didn’t mention to have it sliced. Sliced it absolutely horribly and then tells me at the register “oh sorry I don’t have any bread ties can I just give it like this”. Genuinely no bad will against the guy but I just think that ain’t the job for him. Look into modeling for sure though

It’s absolutely terrible. After 1.5 hours of waiting for a delivery service this is what I got. A burnt sandwhich with barely any food on it. I called after they’d been preparing the order for 45 mins. Confirm with the delivery driver that he hadn’t even been assigned to the order yet. The restaurant does add that my delivery was picked up at 1:08 p.m after they said they couldn’t find it. however, the sticker on my bag said 1:28 p.m. the restaurant clearly hadn’t made my order, then lied about, then delivered an unacceptable version of food. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I recently visited the Panera Bread in Fulton and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was served by a counter server named Yessina, who seemed to have a problem handling my order. It was clear from the start that she wasn’t very responsive, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable.

What struck me most was her lack of professionalism, as she didn’t seem to engage with me in a friendly or helpful manner. It felt like my presence made her uncomfortable, and she didn’t seem willing to assist me the way she did with other customers. I understand that everyone has off days, but as a customer, it’s disappointing to be treated this way, especially when I’m simply trying to enjoy a meal.

I hope the management can address this issue, as customer service is key to a positive experience. I’ve always enjoyed Panera, but this particular interaction has left me feeling less than satisfied.

Another addition to the Fulton area shopping center. Getting inside to sit is little confusing, The drive thru swirls around the whole store The building design wise they have concentrated more on the drive-thru so little confusing to go in the first time, technically only handicap or pickup parking in the front so you have to park on the side. That’s like every business in Maple Lawn… confusing entrance/parking.
Their food is very very salty, Only good thing is their hot tea that you can make yourself and they have microwave, no other business has that kind of arrangement.
Food and service quality has dropped significantly. Bought almost five dollar latte and it was only half filled:(
Their chicken sandwich which cost almost ten dollars, is horrible don’t buy.

I paid a visit to panera for a business meeting decided to grab a bite to eat I’m glad I did. It’s been a while since I’ve been to any Panera Bread but this experience was great. I had a lobster roll with the broccoli cheddar soup chips and green tea mixed with lemonade, and a Bear Claw for me sweet treat yummy! Bonus, everyone was super nice.

Ordered myself a cranberry walnut chicken salad for online pickup through the drive through. First of all, the order taker who also gave me my food didn’t say hi or anything at the drive through, just said “what can I get you?” So Red flag number one for his customer service (or lack there of). Then i get the window and he literally saw me pull up, walked the opposite direction without any sense of acknowledging he was helping me, and no sense of urgency that you usually get from someone working at the drive through literally anywhere else. Then slowly walked back and gave my food. No where in the description did it mention it came with a pickle but it did, they wrapped inside with the sandwich so that was unpleasant to me because I hate pickles. The sandwich itself tasted good enough (not worth the $9 it costed) but the next day made me run to the bathroom. Never going back here after terrible customer service and possibly food poisoning.

The order was accurate and delicious. You mades smile Panera, loved the nice touch of the drawing of a fish, ocean and sun on the tuna sandwich wrapper to describe the item

AVOID!

Astoundingly bad management. We walk in, the person in front has issues with their loyalty / reward / gift / whatever card. The inept cashier (the only one!) takes ten minutes to sort him out.

At 9 am on a Friday they are out of sesame bagels. Lady behind me leaves. The next customer says “This always happens. Why don’t you bake more?” Cashier says “If we do, people will keep buying them.” (By that logic shut down the place and be done!) She says “Use the app.” No miss, we will not use your damn app!

Manager comes out, and is totally useless. (It’s not as if I want a discount or a refund.) Lady behind us asks for his name, doesn’t get answer. There is no way to leave feedback on Panera website.

HIRE MORE CASHIERS, but competent ones please.

The food is ‘meh!’ Get yourself to a Dunkin Donuts. I am never doing a Panera ever again! Yuck.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food service establishment. I accidentally placed my order for in-café pickup but went through the drive-thru instead, as I had my two small children with me—one only a week old. When I kindly asked if I could pick up my order at the drive-thru, I was met with rudeness and told flatly, “No, you have to come inside.” I apologized and explained my situation, but the employee showed no empathy, ignored me when I drove past the window, and left me feeling dismissed and disrespected.

What kind of customer service is that? A little compassion and flexibility would have gone a long way. Instead, this experience left me questioning not only the treatment of customers but also the care taken with food preparation. Because of this, I will never return to this location again.
