I paid a visit to panera for a business meeting decided to grab a bite to eat I’m glad I did. It’s been a while since I’ve been to any Panera Bread but this experience was great. I had a lobster roll with the broccoli cheddar soup chips and green tea mixed with lemonade, and a Bear Claw for me sweet treat yummy! Bonus, everyone was super nice.

Did a catering order and there was a mistake where they didn’t make our coffee or it was accidentally given to another customer. Not a big deal but watching the manager go off publicly about it and raising a fit was massively unprofessional. Won’t be using this location for my next catering because of him. Friday, August 4th around 8:28am – white Honda Odyssey. I had my windows up when the worker said something… didn’t realize she wasn’t ready to take my order since she literally started talking before I even drove next to the speaker and again.. my windows were rolled up. I mistook her speaking to her being ready, so I said “good morning, may I please get a sausage egg and cheese…” before I could finish my sentence she cuts me off and says with attitude and extreme rudeness “ma’am I did not say I was ready for your order” which threw me back a bit and I apologized. She came back a couple of seconds later and says “now, I’m ready”. That interaction alone made me back my car up and not want to ever consider ever coming here. To that drive through lady… I actually recognize your voice.. hopefully, you have a better day!

Another addition to the Fulton area shopping center. Getting inside to sit is little confusing, The drive thru swirls around the whole store The building design wise they have concentrated more on the drive-thru so little confusing to go in the first time, technically only handicap or pickup parking in the front so you have to park on the side. That’s like every business in Maple Lawn… confusing entrance/parking.

Ordered two bagels and a yogurt via the drive thru. Payment and ordering was a breeze, got the yogurt right away and the minutes later no bagels but watched multiple other ordered assembled and then told so sorry the bagels still aren’t ready. We love Panera but definitely avoid the drive thru here

Showed up at the drive through a minute after my order was supposed to be ready and gave my name. Was told to continue to the window. After the cars ahead left I got to the window, and the attendant would not come. Instead the left and started working on the order of the people behind me. When they finally came to the window after five minutes of my lunch sitting on the counter getting cold, they asked me to pay again. When I objected and said I was picking up an online order, they became indignant, claimed there were a lot of people ahead of me, even though I was at the head of the line, and thrust my sandwich out angrily. POOR EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND, but consistent with past experience at this location.

In general this is a great Panera cafe – convenient location, kind staff. For some reason they’ve stopped allowing customers to get a cup at the kiosk though, which significantly reduces the convenience of kiosk orders. If they put cups back at the kiosks, they’d get five stars from me.

Got a to go drink from the drive thru in the evening. The AgaveLemonade had a very weird taste, almost like the smell of moldy bread. Unfortunately I was about 10 miles away before I tried the drink, so no going back for a refund.
