Visited Panera Bread around 1:50 pm and ordered a hot tea ( Ginger/Peach) , added a pecan danish and fined in with my best friend who ordered a salad. The tea and the food was delicious! Loved it. Staff is upbeat, cheerful, friendly, and helpful. *Jennifer, the cashier is super cool and nice! Panera Bread is definitely my go-to spot!!!!!

Stay far away from this location, food is never prepared properly, location is very dirty and the staff have nasty attitudes. Don’t hire young people who are just there for a paycheck. Even the manager had a nasty attitude when I complained about my messed up order. Drive to a better neighborhood as this Panera is a reflection of its environment.

I had ordered two weeks ago from this location and my order was messed up. I didn’t have a chance to drive back over until just the other day. Gloria was so kind, helpful, and friendly. She is probably the nicest employees I’ve ever met and I definitely appreciate her. Gloria gave stellar customer service. I’ll definitely be back !

Very substandard customer service. There was one gent that was helpful in resolving my order due to my tomato allergy, the female making the tuna sandwich was seemingly annoyed that the sandwich had to be remade. Ordering the cashier paid very little attention to detail which resulted in the remake.

Place an order online and it wasn’t ready. The front area was in complete disarray and there was no organization. Ordered three drinks and even after having a chance to rectify a mistake with my order, still screwed it up and left me a drink short. The bagel machine was smoking and needed to be cleaned. Staff was too focused on joking around and not focused. Do better.

I come to this location twice a week in the morning between 9-10. My rapid pick up order is never on the shelf but according to my email it’s ready. I always have to stand in the long line to ask for my order . What’s the purpose of ordering ahead and you have to stand in line for 20 minutes . I hope this location hires more staff or the managers need to manage the current staff better.

As I looked around, there were several other “office” staffers in their own offices (tables) having meetings, taking calls, tapping away on their laptops. I ordered my food for rapid pickup, but I had to wait an additional five mins for my order. The soda tasted like the tap hasn’t been cleaned. That beverage space was dirty, with trash and spilled beverages. The ice dispenser wasn’t working. The flatbread pizza wasn’t good. The sauce was a thin orangish red color and I didn’t like the consistency. It was also on larger pepperoni on the flatbread, it was good tasting. I also received an apple with the pizza. It was soft and extremely dirty. I ended up throwing everything away. It was not an enjoyable food experience. I was craving Panera all day. If I do have another craving for Panera, I would not go to this location.
