I tried Panera’s Lobster Roll for the first time, and the lobster meat was chewy and delicious. The other menu items are great too — the salad is fresh.

I used to frequent Panera Bread a couple of times a week for a salad that I used to love. However, due to inconsistencies with the quality and serving sizes, I stopped giving my money away just to be frustrated.
I had not been to Panera Bread in years. I decided to give this location a try after attending a gathering and it being too late to go anywhere else. I should have read the reviews before ordering anything from this location.
I ordered the strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken.
The strawberries were soggy/overripe. The blueberries were bitter. The Mandarin oranges were, I do not even know what that taste was, but the juice from them destroyed the rest of the salad. The pineapples did not taste fresh.
These flavors did not blend well together at all. None of the fruit taste right; it was the worst tasting fruit salad I ever ate.

Had the food delivered, it arrived still hot. The sandwich was completed covered in sauce, it was like a soup sandwich. Not sure if they needed to use up all of their sauce or I was just unlucky. Bread was really good. The green passion smoothie was ok but not worth the price they are asking for, small and the flavor just wasn’t there. Apple was fresh and crisp. I’ve had better experiences so I’ll give them this one.

My wife’s not so buffalo chicken sandwhich. Very dry. The sauce that was included was on the side of the bread. Service was ok. Expected better quality from a Panera product.

Grabbed a rapid pickup order. So only speaking to my experience with that…. My order was correct, ready on time, and delicious.

Panera is always a good place for a quick-ish bite. The prices are higher compared to a fast food restaurant but the quality of most foods are too.

Panera is a decent bakery and sandwich shop chain. They offer a wide variety of baked items, from bread and bagels to pastries. They also have a good selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches, making them a good spot for a lite afternoon meal. They offer their entrees individually, as a combo meal with fruit or (more!) bread or as part of a soup/sandwich combo. Panera has always been a favorite of our girls youth sports teams, as it seems to appeal to their diet and makes for a nice mid- or post-tournament stop. They have a very relaxing atmosphere and a quick/efficient ordering/pickup process.
This location is just up the road from the local sports park, making it an ideal stop as mentioned above. The facility is clean, and service is nice and helpful. Food here has always been fast and fresh. Recommend giving them a try for your next pastry or soup & sandwich craving.

It was quiet there at 3pm mod week. It shouldn’t have been. Good sandwich, coffee and great service. Lovely staff.

Worst Panera Bread location I have been to. Rude is a start and wait is a finish….won’t be going back to this location. 25 minutes for a crumby bowl of soup. Never though I would have a bad experience with any Panera location but here we are!

Panera in Bowie Town Center offers a reliably pleasant, fast-casual dining experience with fresh-baked breads, clean, bright spaces, and reasonably quick service, though menu options can be repetitive and prices are higher than some quick-service chains; the location benefits from being inside a shopping hub with ample seating and easy parking, making it a convenient spot for casual meals, coffee, or a workspace.
