The cinnamon crunch bagel was not fresh, ice coffee tasted like water they don’t have creamy caramel only liquid. I order the 2 for deal salad and sandwich the manger charged me for a regular salad never asked what I wanted chips, apple or baguette, he took it upon himself to give me a baguette.

I haven’t been to this Panera in over a year and after our experience tonight, I likely won’t return anytime soon. None of our food was very good, but the worst was the kids grilled cheese we ordered for our son. The picture speaks for itself.
The manager did make it right and gave us a refund for the sandwich, but I was given a lot of excuses for the poor food quality, including being told they suddenly got busy. There was only one person ahead of us and it took over 20 minutes for our food.
This location seemed a little dirty too.
I also want to know when the size of the bag of chips shrunk??

Check your bag if you order carryout. The have forgotten items multiple times. You’d think I’d learn to check each time by now… but I really shouldn’t have to. They forgot 3 bags of chips and two pieces of bread this time. That’s a lot to miss out on.

Bagel joint with two varieties of bagels and two varieties of schmear in the parlance of the Desert People is sorta unacceptable. I hate this place but it allowed for me to see my sister in law so that was nice. Overpriced and these are just terrible bagels. Sandwiches looked lousy as well and my mom’s was drenched in some atrocious salad dressing. Also your coffee is a step below Royal Farms and Id rather drink pond water over Royal Farms. Place was very clean and service was fine, bathroom was clean.

We had delivery and it was fast and really good. The salads we ordered was fresh and our order was perfect except they gave us some old apples as they were out of chips and bread, but it was later in the evening. I think they do a pretty good job at this location.

Every time I have ordered from here the bacon is NEVER cooked. I enjoy the food but I really would like to enjoy it with the bacon on it. I get the bacon is pre cooked but I have been to other paneras and the bacon is always crispy and cooked. I have never received bacon that is cooked at this establishment.

I decided to try the new tomato basil BLT. I started to add extra bacon but didn’t because it was 3.00 extra so I took a chance and literally had a veggie sandwich. They don’t put hardly any bacon and still charge ridiculous prices. Them cutting corners is very noticeable and I’m not happy about it.
