Staff is excellent. Restaurant is busy at meal times so sometimes kitchen gets backed up but not bad, the atmosphere is pleasant and food is always super fresh. Love the Caesar Salad w chicken and bread!

Panera is one of my favorite places to eat so naturally that was our choice of dining this time around. Our cashier genuinely acted like he didn’t want to be there. I chose to get my regular Pick 2 of Mac and Cheese and a Cheddar Broccoli Soup. I also got a Chocolate croissant. I’ve never had this issue before but he automatically put my order in as large for both the soup and Mac so I paid much more than usual when getting a Pick 2.

Rapid order- online ordering could not login into my account several times. Online ordering also very glitchy and slow, made ordering difficult. Food has been sub- par lately, either a hit or a miss. Often with sandwiches have main ingredients missing.

My husband fell in the parking lot, the parking space in front of the door due to ice. I told the person who took my order to call the person who maintains the parking to put down sand or another material so no one else would fall or get hurt. No call and no one bothered to look at it or put a cone or chair out to block the area. We ate inside and watched others come in with no warning. While we were there no one else fell. Watch your step, no one else is!!!
