This is the slowest Panera I have been to. It consistently takes 5 to 10 minutes longer than the estimated time on the app. There is also a 50% probability your order will be wrong. I love order a salad with chicken on it, and not getting the chicken that cost me an extra $3.

Customer service is bad!! I ordered online – Panera app notified that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived it was not on the pick up shelf. So I asked the staff and she just said it’s not available and if I want a refund or pick it up tomorrow instead. So I said , to refund. She just rolled her eyes and walked out on me. Nasty attitude.
