I came in later in the evening bout 45 minutes before closing . customer service was good , food came out quick but was definitely rushed and thrown together and being that my order was to go I didnt notice till I got home and store was closed so I couldn’t go back . quality didn’t seem to matter to the person who made my food .

I was so disappointed in the quality of the garden caprese sandwich that I received. It was thrown together. Im not sure why bcuz at the time of my visit the restaurant was not busy nor crowded so not sure why the servers could not take there time. How i received my sandwich was very unacceptable…
And the cashiers did not greet me as I walked in… and one was on her cell phone as I walked in… I really would like young workers to be more friendly and customer service oriented.

I’ve had issues at this location but I like the healthier options so I would suck it up. Have driven all the way home just to find a Tuna sandwich instead of the BLT chicken avocado sandwich and when I went back the little confused boy at the window just looks at the receipt like it has two heads. I’ve driven with items missing. Today tho. Today is the last straw. I’m done. I will leave Waldorf and go to La Plata or Ft Washington because clearly I’m being targeted because I’ve complained and reviewed on the app. This is the avocado they put on my sandwich. The muffin is in a paper bag instead of a pastry bag that would prevent it from drying out. I’m a night shift nurse so I grab lunch early. There’s been too many issues for this not to be personal. So I’ll take my money elsewhere. And I’ll make sure my family, friends and acquaintances do the same.

The location and restaurant look nice, the staff was friendly but there was a poop like odor in the air across the restaurant, I was only inside to get my food and leave but it was very noticeable. I found the French Onion Soup to be watery and bland. I vaguely remember they use have pretty decent soup they have clearly changed the recipe for cheaper ingredients and it shows.

Was in drive thru , was trying order didn’t hear anything from the mic , no one 3 min , no ” hold on “, nothing , so after like 3min I said hello , still nothing , when I finally heard the young girl ( who was very soft spoken ) I placed the order and waiting for acknowledgement or anything so , after about another min I said ” hello” again still nothing , so I pull up to window and I still get no greeting of any kind , just get a dead passive aggressive stare.( could have just moved on , who cares we couldn’t hear each other , instead chooses to escalate it into a negative encounter for what? ) I mean I am type of person ( about to be 2026) I know how world is , dont expect great service even though parana is usually great , but What I dont expect is disrespect for no reason especially on my part I did nothing rude to start, so seeing her employee being rude the manager stepped in and apologized saying she was sick ( decent excuse for sloppy work , not a nasty attitude and if you going have nasty attitude stay home ) , 3 things, 1) she must of been aware of her attitude , 2) She didn’t act that way when she applied , 3) no one forcing her to work here and their are people in worse jobs in worse countries , ( this generation lol ) , The thing that had me confused is the manager said they are not allowed to give her name when the girl had a name tag on and the girl would not come back to window for me to get it which was a wise chess move on her part lol because she knew I wanted to see her tag, but it was around 548pm Sunday young light skin girl working if any upper management cares. Very bad attitude. BTW manager very polite but again I am a realist I dont expect my butt kissed just not unprovoked disrespect. ( the last thing I thought was of note when texting this review another car pulled up to me shaking their head and just to summarize the conversation they said had experienced a similar issue just then . Lol she needs to go home fix her sickness and attitude)

I actually love Panera bread and visit this location a few times a month. However, today I just received the most uncomfortable service (not terrible). I placed an advance order and pulled up in the drive through and the attendant had this face and demeanor as if we were wrong for showing up. Then, proceed to tell is it’s $xxx for the order.. after we previously stated we were picking up an advance order. I looked at my spouse and asked if we had paid, yes we did, so I told the young lady and she simply turned around looked at another bag grabbed it, and gave it to me. Great part, the bottom of the bag was wet from something, which was obvious as the bag was dripping. Took it and drove off as it had already been an experience. I think Chick-fillet training is in order here. How about my apologies, here is your order… have a great day.. oh that bags dripping let me get another one for you.

I love the new location. I didn’t fully understand their need to relocate into an even larger building but it makes sense now. I enjoyed the Strawberry Walnut Salad and the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. The soup is my favorite.
