Amazing food. Soups are great. It’s a little pricey, but the quality is great. Lots of choices and desserts are also great! Food is usually prepared quickly, and customer service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean and cozy. Free wifi and even plugs for your devices should you want to sit and work.

7/29/23 I am writing this review in regards of an employee of the name of Elizabeth. My mother, a Panera lover and loyal customer had an awful experience with this unruly employee. Allegedly my mother went to grab the plate took it to her table since it had a sandwich on there, and simply asked when the rest were going to be ready, when Elizabeth responded enraged that she had taken the plate before the order was completed yelled at my mother saying, where did you expect me to put the rest of the food when we have no plates left. The response from her set off her coworkers as well as they stood shocked that she spoke to a costumer that way. Leeseburg Panera do better and although people have bad days there’s no reason why a costumer should be spoken to like that.
