I have been coming here for a while, but the quality of service has gone downhill considerably. If you come here, I would make sure to check that your order is correct and without issues prior to leaving the restaurant. It started off with the incorrect meat being on my breakfast sandwich. Then the other day there was a long black hair inside my sandwich. When I mentioned something to the manager in the morning, she said that it was not that big of a deal. This is obviously concerning to hear from someone in a position of leadership. Based on my recent experiences, I have just stopped coming to this location entirely.

We had an error to our whole order which caused an inconvenience, but the manager on duty was beyond helpful. She handled our situation very well and professionally. I’ve never had an experience where a manager will go above and beyond for a customer. She was amazing.

Show up to pick my order up and my drink isn’t there even though I ordered it 30 minutes ago. It literally took 15 minutes just to get someone’s attention to help me. When I finally got to tell someone I didn’t have my drink they just said “ok” and another 10 minutes later my drink appeared. How about saying something so that I know if my drink is being made or not? Maybe train your employees to ask people if they need something if they’re standing right in front of them for 15 minutes

I went to pick up my order, for my friend and I, per usual I had an issue. They said someone else took my food, they would go get a manager, I said okay that’s fine, I asked them to remake it, she said no breakfast is over they’ll give us a lunch item instead. I look disappointed and she says “well at least I made your drink.” Like what?? So then I pick two lunch items out and ask for the money I paid prior to be used towards that. She takes me to register and says she refunded my money but it won’t be in my account for another day, and charged me for a whole new lunch order: I’d be less annoyed if she didn’t have a flippant attitude.
